Is the Ouija Real Or Fake?

This question is the million dollar question that everyone seems to ask. And everyone has a different opinion! And most of these opinions are based on religious factors.

Lets talk about what the Ouija board is not first. The Ouija board is not some sort of mystical portal to the other side. It's just a piece of wood or paper with words on it! It has no magical powers what so ever! I have done a few myth articles and videos on most of these what not's before. And if you want to see them you can find them on my Youtube page.

Now is it real? Well I believe they are real! When you use a Ouija board, or really any tool to commune with a spirit you are basically unlocking an ability you already have. It's a tool that helps you concentrate on talking to the spirits. The tool makes it easier for you! You don't have to HEAR the ghost, all they have to do is spell it out on the board for you. You don't even have to see them! And that is what makes the Ouija board such a great tool for this kind of use. You don't have to be a medium!

Now many will say that they are not true and the board and its effect are nothing more than the Placebo effect. The Placebo effect is when your Muscles move without you knowing you are moving them. And the placebo effect can explain most of these things away. Now if you believe this it's no big deal. The problem with this in my opinion is that a lot of the times the Placebo effect can explain the muscle movement, but does the placebo effect also contribute to the information that you get from the Ouija board?

The information over the years that I have gotten from the Ouija has been very interesting. And when I was younger it was darn right cool! The muscle movements can be unknown, but the board telling me things that I actually had to look up and verify when I was younger tells me that can't be explained away with the placebo effect. Sorry!

Now today, the board does not interest me as much as when I was younger. I still collect them but hardly really use them anymore. Mostly because only certain entities speak to me now on the board and I have been speaking with them for years. And the limited knowledge the board can spell out makes it too slow to learn much more from them with this type of medium. But like I said in the early years it was dam cool!

So in a nutshell, those that believe will continue to believe, those that do not won't. It's not a big deal who does and does not. The board can't do tricks. And sometimes I really do believe that the placebo effect is real and sometimes you don't actually get a spirit. IE your talking to yourself! And its up to you to try to figure these things out in the long run.

The Last Exorcism Review

Well I have been trying to pay attention to the reviews of the Last Exorcism all weekend. It seems that it barely got the number 1 spot this weekend with 23.3 million or so in revenue. Yet again, this is plenty for how much this movie actually cost to make!

But the reviews from the fans are not so good, in fact it is horrible. Most people on Yahoo movies wish they had their money back, or time! Most complain that the movie is very slow and the ending sucks. In fact the ending does suck.

If you have not watched the move yet I'm about to give away the ending so don't read if you don't want to know. The whole movie is about a Reverend that is a fake! And he wants to do a last exorcism where he will reveal in a documentary that he is a fake and the exorcism is fake! Of course this last one ends up being the real deal and he does not really know what to do. Things turn out bad, and in the end he ends up being tricked by the possessed girl believing she is a fake. She tricks him by using words that she would not know, and tells the reverend that she slept with such and such a guy and was afraid of her father, and now she is pregnant.

Mission accomplished, the reverend and crew head out of town, stop at a place to eat. They just happen to meet the boy that the girl says she slept with, and the boy informs them its not true! He is gay!

The reverend is mad now and heads back to the family farm where its empty, they go to the girls room where they find satanic symbols in the form of pentagrams in the girls room written all over the place. They head outside and see a fire in the woods. They head to the fire where they see the girl give birth to a demon baby. She is surrounded by a bunch or robbed Satanist around a bomb fire. The father of the girl is tied up and about to be sacrificed! The baby is thrown into the fire, the crew run away while the reverend runs toward the fire with cross in hand.

The crew members are all killed etc. And it ends.

That might sound pretty cool, but the actual way it was done in the movie I guess totally sucked. And was a total 360 degree turn from what the rest of the movie offered! The Girls brother the preacher of the town, and other members where all part of this cult! And the poor father and girl where the victims.

So in the end you're left to believe that it's some sort of Satanist cult or witches that have caused all the trouble. It's a terrible end to the movie, and just a terrible movie. The movie was so cheap to make that it actually was a win for the studio. But in the end it still sucks, and continues the downfall that Hollywood can't make good movies anymore!

Finding Time To Do Rituals Or Spells

Whether you a wiccan or Witch that Practices Spells or A Kabbalist that does Rituals or Ceremonial Magick. Life changes can bring many difficulties to your practice! like me for instance, I got back into a daily practice of doing certain Kabbalist Rituals everyday while I was unemployed. Then suddenly I finally got a new job and things changed! My times changed and it effected my practice, and my life style.

Now its been about 3 weeks, and I have gradually started adding my Workouts and getting a new schedule for my rituals. Working 4PM To Midnight made a big change, I like doing rituals at night! But I'm pretty tired when I get home, so I have started doing them during the day, and if I can during the night!

My workouts I stopped doing for a few weeks. The job is pretty demanding on my body and I did not want to overstress my muscles. Now As my muscles get use to the new work, I slowly started to add more and more exercises. Weight lifting, and jogging. Couple more week and I should be right back to my old routine.

So whats all this mean? Well basically if your life changes its best to actually slowly add things back in, instead of trying to do it all at once. Either Spiritual work or Work outs in general. Over abusing your mind, or your body can lead to an unhealthy life.

Paranormal Activity 2

I watched the first one. Thought it sucked! I mean the horror factor was not even there! now I know these types of movies scare people. Why do they scare you for? Mostly because in the back of your brain you actually think that this can happen? Or maybe its the jump factor! You know throwing a startling scene
at you to make you jump, all horror movies do it!

What bothers me about Paranormal Activity 2 the most is that a lot of people will actually believe it can happen. you know ghost can someone magically burn down a house, they can carry pictures around with them for 20 years or so..... Even though they have no physical form to hold the picture, or pockets. The movie was so FAR FETCHED that I laughed during most of it.

Now the only interesting part I found in the movie was about the Ghost or Entity used noise to actually break down the will of the girl and cause her to go crazy or possessed. Now I don't believe in Possession, but I do believe that ghost can use the fear factor to break you down and make you cause yourself harm. But really only a very weak willed person that is gullible can fall for these types of tricks. And it does not happen the same way it did in the movie.

Anyway I know Hollywood makes fiction, the problem is when people actually mix fiction with reality. Like the exorcist for instance. I spent some time disproving that the exorcist is based off a true story. Its based off a true EVENT. But the EVENT was actually fake. And its been proven! But yet people still talk like it happened that way! Its so silly to think that movies like Paranormal activity are real, but yet some people still believe they are! And that is just crazy!

Well its getting closer to October now. What does this mean? Halloween for the Christians! And when that time of year comes around, the Ouija board comes out to play. Seems that Halloween is the Christmas time for Occult things like Ouija boards!

What does that mean? Well if your looking to buy a board for yourself, this is about the worse time to do it. Lots of people like the older Parker brothers boards and well only place to get them is usually on the Auction sites like Ebay. And around this time or late September, you will end up paying a fortune for them.

I have seen 1970s Parker Brothers Ouija boards sell for 75 dollars around Halloween, I have seen some of the rare ones like the 1940s Wide Board sell for over 100 Bucks.

That same 1970s board any time of the year can sell for as little as 18 bucks. And the Wide version board can sell for maybe 40 bucks or so.

So Yeah not a good time to be buying those types of boards. Of course you could go and buy the crappy glow in the dark Ouija Boards for 23 bucks. But I still think they suck!

Even some of the Non Brand Name boards like the Buffy The Vampire Slayer board can sell for over 40 bucks around these times. So basically what Im trying to say is that don't buy them around Halloween.

But if your trying to sell a few you don't want anymore.... Well then you get the most for them around these times so have fun.

Miss USA Wearing a Patriotic American Eagle Costume For Miss Universe

Ima Fakih, Miss USA 2010, is competing in the Miss Universe Contest wearing a very interesting cutome. It represents the American eagle and presidential Seal.

A rumor has been going around that the stars represent the 14 colonies, but we hope that is wrong since the USA actually only started with 13 colonies. The biggest problem right now is that I can't find a quote for her actually saying that the stars represent the 14 colonies. So my original source is not really credible on this right now.

Update: This is her Actual Quote right now.

Missed Ghost Hunters International This Last Week

If your wondering why I didn't talk about GHI this last week, I will tell you. Basically I work 2nd shift now so while GHI is playing I'm working. I do DVR it though so it is taped. Just have not felt like watching it yet. :)

The Regular Ghost Hunters in coming later this month. I like GH more the GHI so really can't wait for that. I have seen some of the Commercials for GH and it looks like they are using some of the same New Tech stuff that we seen Debut in GHI. So should be interesting I think.

I will try to catch up of GHI soon though so stay tuned.

A Principal Is Accused Of Witchcratf?

A principal of a school in a Phumula School in Managa is now being called a Witch and ordered to Resign.

Another one of those WTF moments. This poor guys crime was nothing more then condemning a bunch of idiots for burning down some houses that people thought Witches lived it. I'm not making this stuff up, after the man condemned the people, his students in school started telling people that they are seeing animals? YES I actually looked this up, its not satire! This is what is going on in South Africa right now! So these kids see Animals now, and now the Principal is a Witch.

Of course the principle is going to fight this baseless act of stupidity and resist getting kicked out of the school and his job.

Man in Dubai Arrested for Witchcraft

A man that practices psychiatry in Dubai was attested for being a witch. His crime? He helped solve family disputes with the use of positive energy. And in the eyes of Dubai police that is considered witchcraft and he was arrested.

If you didn't know witchcraft in a lot of Muslim Countries is Illegal and can even be punished by the Death Penalty. This is just more evidence of how Governments should not be controlled by religious fanatics! Because this is what happens.

The west had its own version of this long ago, and places like the united states made laws that forbid Religion to interfere in Governments.

Hopefully someday places like Saudi Arabia and Dubai and Iran will follow suit. But right now they are run by religious hardliners that would rather kill you for being different then give you peace. Its a lesson we should all learn. And maybe ask why some followers of Muslim Faith want to bring Shariah law to the western world?

The universe History Channel

Just had to pleasure to watch a great episode of the universe on the History Channel. This one covered how the universe was started, or should I say the theories of how the universe was started.

Today among Scientist its accepted that the big bang theory is what happened. The universe started in a very small space, IE the Atom. In this space all 4 forces that man knows of formed one super force. Eventually the force of gravity escaped and kicked off a huge explosion that resulted in an expanding universe that we have now.

Was very interesting to watch this show I actually learned a lot more about the big bang theory. I love science and I think science plays an important role in today's world. Of course just the history of the Big bang theory and how some people still don't believe it. (lets face it, it still can be wrong) Lets just look at how it formed even Einstein didn't believe in the big bang theory! Even though his theory of Relativity actually had to point to the fact that the universe has to expand and not be static! But up until the 1960s most thought the universe was static IE not moving or expanding. I could get more into this but you get the picture. The theories of how the universe formed is always changing new ideas come out and defeat old ideas.

At any rate I can't wait for more things to come out, whats dark matter? Can dark matter destroy the idea of the big bang theory? Its all very interesting too me and I will keep wondering... :)

But malkuth what about religion. I don't believe in the idea that man started with 1 woman and 1 man... LOL sorry. The religions version of how we were formed is nothing more then acient man trying to understand things it could not. Ancient man didn't know what gravity is, or atoms, etc. So how could we expect them to understand how the universe was formed? I keep a very open mind to these things.. Ghost Hunters International Devils Wedding Aug 4, 2010

Well the episode was pretty much as I expected tonight nothing major happened in either of the 2 places they investigated. Which is what I really did expect. Any time you have these legends like this.. Sorry a devils wedding in an apartment is about the most Stupidest thing I have ever heard of in my life.. And I really think the guys put on there professional faces and held back the laughter of that one very well. Good Job team.

The first investigation was interesting when you heard the screaming, but I knew it had to be some sort of animal again, and this was confirmed during analysis when berry new it was a Female fox. But other then that nothing major happened at all.

And the 2nd investigation is not even worth mentioning the teams did a very good job proving that most of the noises are house noise related. Good job on that one guys.

Even though the episode was boring, boring is good! That means they are not trying to FAKE anything to get ratings.

Until next week I guess when they go to south America and BLACK magic rituals have unlocked the evil from within.... HAHAHAHAH. I swear those SyFy geeks that right this shit need to fracking STFU.

Ghost Hunters The Devils Bride Tonight Aug 4 2010 SyFy

Tonight Ghost Hunters International will be going to a Norwegian Fortress in an Episode Dubbed The Devils Bride. Supposedly haunted by a lady in white and some sort of diabolical legend. Sounds interesting LOL, lots of big words used in the clip for this show to get you hooked.

Anyone notice that they seem to be visiting lots of murderous ghost, that are pure evil? But yet nothing ever really happens to support the hype?

Anyway I will watch it and give you the scoop on it when it airs. But I'm not expecting much from it to be honest.

YouTube And The Pagan Cummunity

If you follow some of the old ways.. IE Pagan ways and your not on youtube yet, you might want to consider maybe making an account. The pagan community on youtube has grown very big in the lat few years and it keeps getting bigger!

Is Video Blogging not your thing? Well you don't have to blog to be part of the Pagan Youtube Community, you just have to participate, maybe chat with others after they post a video. Its a very good source to learn how others practice, or what others do in there particular path. And its a great place to learn new ideas, and meet fellow pagans, or witches.

Now some warnings I had my share of problems on youtube. Not huge problems. But youtube is large, and not only pagans are on it. If you make videos about your path and craft thats great. Just don't get discouraged when someone that might be of a different religion comes around and tries to convert you.. Oh yes youtube has its share of Converters... Or God Boys, and girls. :) Most really mean you no harm and will leave you alone if you ask. Others if your unlucky enough won't. But don't sweat it, you be surprised at how much the pagan community will come together to help you out with your problem. If you blog about it, they usually come by the hundreds to defend you. Its a site to behold, most times it goes total viral on you after awhile....

But this is far and in between very rare. I have yet to be attacked on youtube or stalked. Maybe its because Im a guy, and usually its a perverted guy that likes to stalk woman. And since I'm not female, then I guess I don't fit the picture for them.

Anyway I do suggest that if your a blogger and not on youtube to think about actually getting an account and start blogging. Its not very hard, and thousands of pagans are on youtube right now vlogging. Its fun and the cummunity is great. We all need to stick together, yeah we have a few bad apples like every community does. But in the end you can't let that stop you from meeting others that believe in what you do.

As Some of you can tell I have changed malkuthsghost a lot in the last few days. From a new domain name www.malkuthsghost.com. To many page changes and page layouts. Been trying out a lot of new things.. Basically until I find something that I like.

I have made a new banner for the Title Page of this website. As you can see its on the top. I also made a new button with link that you can add to your page if you want to link to me. And of course if you have a button or link you want me to post on my page I will be willing to do that. Don't make the buttons to big though, I do like my site to look neat.

Book Review Modern Magick Eleven lessons in the high magickal Arts

What can I say I started with this book when I was a teen, and now I am delighted to see that Donald Michael Kraig is about to release a new updated version of this book this month. A slight name change from
Eleven Lessons in the High Magickal Arts to Twelve Lessons in the High Magickal arts. So that is one more lesson and another decade of knowledge added to the book! Updated pictures and updated info on new Ideas and interesting things that Mr. Kraig has learned in the Added 20 years after the release of the first book.

This new version fixes some of the publishing mistakes that were in the first edition and some in the 2nd edition. Like wrong Hebrew symbols or names on your alter tools. So if you have not read Modern Magick yet now is the time.

Donald Michael Kraig is one of my favorite writers for the western kabbalist. He takes a very difficult Ritual idea and brings it to a western audience! The idea that the Kabbalah is too hard to learn is something that goes around a lot. But Mr. Kraig teaches you the proper words, how to say them and when to do the rituals.

The book is meant to be like a school course. The course takes about a year if you follow the book and its instructions. Its well worth it for this book will start you on your path to be a ceremonial Magician. Again I would not suggest this book if I did not read it first. I have had this book for about 20 years now. I still read it today. Its something you will bring with you throughout your journey as a ceremonial Magician.

Sex and witchcraft' latest problems at The Mount

Came across an article that so much smells like garbage. Yet again witchcraft is associated with some sort of bad rep, or wrong doing. In the article it was actually compared to people doing drugs, having sex and performing witchcraft!

Whats the articles main points?

A Green Lane Resident wrote "evidence of possible witchcraft” was discovered just 100 yards away from his Henley Fort home.Of great concern was the evidence of blood that had been used in some sort of sacrifice, the writer said.Possibly a small animal had been slaughtered and its organs removed and placed in a shell of blood. Several other small animal carcasses were also found in the wood around the blood. After the hours of 10pm a motorist drove a 4x4 pick-up truck off Green Lane and onto the chalk grassland itself, he said. A group of individuals built a fire and partied around the sound system of the truck until 7am. My neighbour had the unfortunate surprise of catching a pair having sex in the early morning while out walking her dogs.

The rest of the article suggest how the residence of the what they call the MOUNT are having issues with kids parties late at night. And it goes on about the problems with the town council not doing anything and blah blah blah.

So here we go, so late night kids parting and having bomb fires and drinking is now being associated with witchcraft? Why in the gods is this being labled as such? Going a little off topic on this website again. Today has been busy day of trying to figure out how to expose this website to bring in traffic and maybe get some clicks on my advertisers for I might make 15 bucks in the next year. :)

Then the thought occured to me. Lots of people like youtube and facebook have banner ads too? Thats how they make money but they have the traffic to make that work. But twitter on the other hand has no banners at all. No premium service that I can see. And basically how the frack do they make money?

Short answer is they don't. LOL.. Sorry. I won't get into the long details but basically right now they run from just people investing money into them.. In the hopes that in the future that will become a giant like youtube.

I found out most of this information from an article online that I read. I will link that article now since he seems to know what the hell he is talking about.

Ghost Hunters International Hitler’s Wolfs Lair

This weeks Ghost Hunters International was very entertaining. They went to Adolf Hitler's Wolfs Lair that is located in Poland.

Now I say this first I like ghost hunters for the most part. But sometimes they get so silly. For instance they freaked out when they heard an owl. Now even I knew that was an owl the first time. They eventually figured it out and said oh yeah an owl. (Hello your outside in nature for the most part)

Every Ghost seems like it had to be Hitler. I mean come on Hitler did not even Die at the eagle Nest so what makes you think he would be there?

I just felt that this episode was way beyond silly. The constant mention of Hitler like hey tourist come visit the Wolfs Lair, where Tom Cruise almost killed Hitler. YEAH!

Alright all fun and jokes aside, you have to admit the episode was beyond silly. And so far I'm not impressed with the new cast, the new recruits from ghost hunter academy. Now I'm sure they will grow on me. But they need to be a little more serious I think.

Some interesting things did happen like when the devices were responding to their questions. That is always pretty neat when that happens. The thing I always wonder is, are they editing the footage to make it seem like its responding quicker? Did it really happen that fast? Or did SciFi edit the footage to make it quicker? SciFi is pretty famous for doing that so who knows.

Overall hope things get a little better soon. My son loves watching it, I like regular ghost hunters better. But even they are getting too silly. Only time will tell. And I will keep talking about it.

Let me tell you DON'T its all a scam every single one of them. You cant make money online, well most of us can't. Unless you become one of the scammers then you might, right before you go to jail.

Lets go over some of these right now.

Anything that cost you money is a scam!

Yes its that simple. If it cost you money to start something it is a scam. Most of these are Pyramid type Scams that if your not in the top of the Pyramid you don't make a thing... And if you are part of the Top list of Pyramid then you might have a jail sentence in your future since most Pyramid type programs are illegal.

Buy this Ebook and you will make $2000 a month Guaranteed.

Another scam, most of these ebooks are scams sorry. You buy the book and they have some sort of secret knowledge nobody else knows... Well except the other 5000 people that fell for the scam and are doing what the Ebook says and failing... This is because if it did work at one point, the 5000 people trying it now are so saturating the market it can't work... Supply and Demand people!

And if these secrets are so great why is a guy that seems to be making money off these great secrets now giving you those secrets? He knows that once 5000 other people know about it, its going to saturate the market? He is willing to give that up to start making 20 bucks on an Ebook? LOL think about it PEOPLE!!!

Online Surveys and Data Entry

These ones are tricky some are the real deal, and some are total scams! If it cost you money to start its a scam. If it does not cost you anything then its not so much of a scam, but you wont get rich from it.

Lets face it these pay very little. You might make 20 bucks in some type of rewards program every 6 months for real! Thats the jist of those.

Surveys rely on you filling out surveys, you actually have to get them! And if you only get 2-3 a week then how much money you going to make?

Most these programs that do work are also kinda fooling you.. If you have 40 bucks in some type of rewards program witch is how most of these Survey companies pay you. when you cash in That 40 bucks of rewards it might only be worth 10-15 bucks in a Gift Card to your favorite Store.

So yeah, kinda hard to get rich off that huh? Most real survey companies will actually tell you in the sign up forms that you wont be rich from these. Read the fine print!

Google Adds, and other type Pay as someone clicks.

Google adds, I have this on this site. but lets face it, unless you get 100K in traffic a month your not going to make a dime, not a single cent. And this website does not get that kind of traffic. Things like google adds is not a scam... you just need to be popular or have a popular website that has lots of traffic for you can get the Clicks and start making money.

Tips on protecting yourself.

If you must look into these types of things. Then I have some suggestions for you.

If its too good to believe then it is, sorry. No free money in this world. Never will be.
If it does not have the BBB or Better Business Burial logo on the site then don't bother.
Even if it does have the BBB Check the link out and make sure it actually goes to the BBB and they are actually listed on THE REAL BBB. Lots of people are scamming this now. Also report them if they are falsely saying they are.
Check out the source. You would be amazed at what a Google search will bring up. Type the name of the SCAM, I mean the money making get rich quick name into google search. Most likely hundreds of people have already fallen for this scam and have posted warnings. DONT BE ONE OF THEM!!!!!
Making real money online is actually hard and takes work.. Nothing is free wanna sell something on ebay? Join the other 1000 selling the same thing and compete. Sorry its not easy.. Anyone that actually makes a living online will tell you this. Its just the way it is.

Well I hope this helps you out, I actually have never fallen for any of these. Even though I do do some of the surveys. Not to make a million bucks but If I can make you know 20 buck gift card to my favorite store after 6 months of doing a few of them that's fine with me, that's just me.

Well some are, like the ones that promise you a million bucks. Some are not. Some are just people selling information. Like how to fix this xbox issue. Or how to use this program. Or how to do this. If you want to pay for these services thats fine. Your buying information that might or might not help you. Can you find this information for free online? I bet you can if you do the research... :) Ebooks are falling off the wayside though. Most ebooks in todays world are about things like how to fix the xbox. Or how to use Word in less the 15 mins. Things like that.

How many Times should I do LBRP And MPR?

Both The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram and the Middle Pillar ritual should be a daily thing if your following a Kabbalist path. Both these rituals will help you grow and become more intuned to the Astral plane. The LBRP will help keep you clean of negativity, and the Middle Pillar will help keep your Aura charged and healthy.

Now I understand that sometimes life can make it difficult to do these rituals everyday. Getting into you full Ceremony Robes to do the rituals after a busy day can be very hard for some. Or you might not have a space to actually do these types of rituals. Well thats ok because nobody says you have to always be dressed in your robes with candles and altar to do these. Have very little time? That ok just do them. Both the LBRP and The MPR and also the Circle Of Light (have not covered that one yet) can be done in about 15 mins time in full garb.

Even less time if you dont have to prepare. I have done all the rituals in my pajamas right before bed before. I do prefer to be dressed in garb to do them.. But when time is short then doing them in your pajamas wont hurt anything.

Later on in your studies you will even learn how to do these my Mental Projection, or even Astral Projection! Mental Projection is the more common one since lots of us might not be able to Astral Project. But many ways of doing these Rituals, even if short on time. The Middle Pillar Ritual is the Kabbalah version of charging you Chakras. This ritual can help you Develop and balance your Chakras or Ruach. And help you connect with the divine and build your Ritual work for the future.

This ritual tied in with LBRP (you do it after the LBRP) will help strengthen you and better your spiritual self. Every day is what some suggest doing.

Middle Pillar Ritual

Imagine above your head the white light again from the LBRP. It should be strong now because of that ritual. Now form this light into a ball just above your head and know that this is your link to the divine. Vibrate the god word 3 times: EH-HEH-YEH

Now imagine a line coming from light above your head and have it run down your head to your throat. Now form a new ball of light at your throat but make it smaller than the one above your head. This is your link conscious and your higher self. Now Vibrate the god word 3 times: YUD-HEH-VAHV-HEH, EL-OH-HEEM

Bring the line to your groin area and make a new ball in this area understand that this represents your mastery over your lower self, and vibrate the god name 3 times: SHA-DAI-EL-CHAI

Bring the line to your feet now form a ball and have the ball incase both feet and the ground below your feet. Understand this represents your connection to earth and grounding. Say the god name 3 times: AH-DOH-NYE, HA-AHR-ETZ

Now you can spend some time in this state if you wish. But when you are finished imagine the balls of light and lines disappearing but know that they are still there, you just can't see them in your mind's eye anymore!

When You say the god names its more powerful to see the balls of light you make grow a little and also become very very bright!

Also there is no rule to how many times you want to vibrate the god names. If 3 times is enough then thats fine. If you like to say it 5 times this good too. Whatever works best for you.

Tree Of Life Its 22 Paths And The Tarot

We have the Sephiroth that make up the worlds of the tree of life, or the Idea or parts of the god. But between those Sephirah we have the 22 paths that connect them all together. The 22 Paths represent the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet.

But there are also 22 Cards in the Major Arcana of the Tarot deck and so the 22 paths also represent these major Arcana for the tree of life and the tarot go together very well. And in fact is used by most kabbalist in there studies of the tree of life.

The 10 Sephiroth can be attributed to the Minor Arcana Of the Tarot. 10 cards make up each suit of the Minor arcana and so the numbers seem to work well. Amazing huh? LOL. There are also 4 worlds in the Kabbala and the 4 suits can be attributed to these worlds for instance: Cups, Briah.

The court cards are also placed at certain parts of the Sephiroth: Pages At Malkuth, Kinghts at Tiferet, Queens at Binah, and kings at Hochma. Also the suits can be positioned at the same Sephiroth as in Pentacles Malkuth, Swords, Tiferet, Cups Binah, Wands Hochma!

The Tree Of Life The Sephiroth

The Tree of life is an important part of the Kabballah and today we will cover a certain part of the Tree that makes up it foundation or worlds. The Sephiroht.

The Word Sephiroth is basically the Plural for Sephirah which represent 1 of the 10 forms of god on the tree of life.

The tree of Life is Made Up of 10 Sephiroth and are named as follows: Keter (Crown), Hochma (wisdom), Binam (understanding),Hesed (mercy) Giburah (strength), Tiferet (Beauty) Netzach (Victory) Hode (Splender), Yesode (foundation) And Malkuth (Kindgdom).

Most of these are pronounced different and even spelled different in other sources. Most my sources come from Moden Magick By Donald Kraig. He tries to break them down into how to pronounce them more correctly. Or at least close.

Each Sephiroth represents a different part of god, in some instances and practices the tree of life is actually broken down into different Gods and Goddesses. But in the Kabbalah the Sephiroth does not represent individual gods or goddesses but parts of the One God.

When speaking of Many of the Sephiroth you use its Plural form Sephiroth. When Talking about them individual you use its singular word and that is Sephirah

Cover Up On The Oil Spill In the Gulf

Usually when things like this happen, 911, etc. Cover up stories and conspiracies come out that tell us all kinds of odd things.

But now with the disaster in the Gulf Of Mexico the conspiracies are already coming out. Are they true? Who knows, but what do we really know right now?

We have a oil spill that's going on for a whole month now. And its still spilling into the ocean. People are already noticing that the lies told on the news about how much is being spilled into the ocean can't be true. We have an oil spill that is reaching on the other side of Florida and the East Coast of the United States. Its bigger then the experts want to admit! Its only common sense!

The clean up is slow, all kinds of ways to clean it up and they are not using any of these methods that work. Yeah some of these methods might not actually be the win win situation... And Ive seen them all from using Hay to soak up the oil to Hair in a nylon bag to soak it up. But lets face it even these might not be enough to actually fix the total problem. By they can help! Its not about saving some darn oil company at this point. They should be tared and feathered for there part in this!

But even if they can clean it up! They still can't stop it. Now Sunday they are saying it should be closed off. They have about 1/3 of the flow stopped! We will see if when Sunday comes that this is stopped. We will see.

But some heads should roll for this. These people better not get away with this garbage. The amount of sea life that is destroyed right now in the Gulf Of Mexico and the countries like Cuba, Mexico, and United States that are going to have Years and years of clean up to do, and ecological disasters to deal with warrant that heads should roll for this disaster.

We have the internet now... Your people are not going to cover this up anymore. You can't hide the facts from the people anymore. And the news agencies better start reporting the news again... And stop being a bunch of political Hacks and bought off butt heads. Get your shit together.

I'm sure that lots of times these types of relationships work out great I have a few friends on youtube that are like this. But the important part I think that makes things like this work is that they communicate with each other. They get to share the thoughts of one another's religious belief and accept it for what it is.

But what happens when you can't? Your afraid to get to much into it with the other? Yea of course they know what you believe! You can't really be in a relationship with someone and hide something like that from them.. But what matters is do they support you? Do they trust you? That is the question? Can you tell them what you felt when you did a certain ritual, or spell? Or can you tell them that something is not right in the house and try to explain to them why?

The important part is how do they respond to things like that? Do the find it interesting or do they find you odd? If you can't trust your partner then how can you trust the love? Its a two way street. Not a one way.

You see I hate politics. I dislike most politicians. I'm not a republican or a democrat. I can't be, I can't follow a party line and follow someone because they have a R or a D by the name. I can't follow people I don't agree with. And I won't let go of my beliefs for some dog crap political agenda! No I will not.

This Oil spill should of been fixed long ago. Should of been stopped long ago. In fact It should not have had happened in the first place. The Ecological ramifications that this disaster is going to cause in the years to come can't be compared to Valdez sorry. Yeah so far more oil split in the Alaska Valdez... At least that is what they are trying to sell us... I have my doubts.

This is not good and I don't think BP or the US government is taking this serious enough. Sorry if your a Barrack Obama fan you should agree. He should of stepped in long ago and basically castrated BP and fixed the problem. Instead...... no what do we have month of an oil spill and its still leaking into the ocean. Yeah they are getting closer to killing it.. But A MONTH!!

Everyone knows that if Bush was still president the Media would of castrated his ass by now. So whats different about Obama? Sorry... But I don't buy it.

Well unless you want to talk to an Elvis impersonator then I would basically say no its not. :) Maybe if your a medium that can find him (that is if he is not reincarnated already again) you might be able too.

Why not malkuth? If you were dead Would you be hanging around everywhere at once? You see he would actually have to be in your general area for you to actually get him. Its more likely that creepy shadow ghost that has been stalking you for years will hear you call Elvis.... And decide that he is Elvis and would love to talk to you. Hoody and Sunglasses and all. :) Mooohaahaaaaaa.

Seriously though think about it, when you use an Ouija board you are basically a Blind person trying to talk to a total stranger. You as a blind person don't know who your talking too. What your Elvis? I thought Elvis was dead! But really a blind person could tell when something is not right. Try it.... :) And so can you, you have to learn to feel when things are not going correct in an Ouija board session.

You might be blind but energy is absolute. And when it feels wrong blind or not... you know it.

So next time you use an Ouija board and wanna talk to Elvis or any famous deceased person... Remember that image of a Dark and spooky ghost with Sun Glasses and a hoody... he might just be watching for you and waiting for the right moment.

Life Is Tough

Its so true life is tough sometimes things happen to people, sometimes your like one day depressed and then the next day your happy. Sometimes you can pay the bills and sometimes you can't. We as human beings have our moments and are disappointments. Life seems to always through that at us it seems.

Ever read a story about 2 people that seemed to like each other but was separated by thousands of miles an international border and impossible situations that they could not escape? I know there must be a book on this or some Hollywood love story like this. Harry Met Sally? Kinda not the same though.

What am I talking about malkuth? Well just rambling in my mind. Maybe I will write a book about it or something. A novel.. Malkuth writing a love story, so corny. :) I think I may have better luck writing about Alien invasion or something since that is something I like to dream a whole lot.

Anyway yesterday I had my Sunday night blogtalkradio show you can listen to the archived version if you wish. It went pretty well I filled up the whole 40 mins of the show and even had a caller. So thats another show booked, taped, done and over with.

Modern Magick

One of the things I am doing is rereading the book that started me off in the Kabbalah and that is modern magick by Donald Michael Kraig. I read this book well now its been what 18 years ago or so? Something like that. The book is tattered and in bad shape. But I can still read it. I have noticed that he does have a new version coming out thats updated with 1 more lesson. So instead of being called.
Modern Magick 11 Lessons in the Magical Arts its now going to be called.
Modern Magick 12 Lessons in the Magical Arts. So I will most likely buy this new version to see how much might of changed. And to see if some more of the mistakes in the original have been fixed!

Its a great starting book that even though is not perfect still gets you started. And what is perfect anyway. If your like me a Solitary Practitioner then you have changed things throughout the years anyway. That is why the book is a basis, the foundation.. But not the whole structure of your path.

Anyway its amazing some of the things that I have forgotten from this book. I do have a BOS, and Do keep a dream journal still. But he suggest also to have a Magick Journal where you write the outcomes of your Rituals etc. I really never did this. I have written things down before but not so much the outcomes!

He suggest doing it every day. I don't think I can or need to. The LBRP ritual is a daily thing. (sometimes yeah you miss it nobody is perfect) and Ive been doing it for well 18+ years now. So I know how it feels and how to do it. I might still not pronounce the Hebrew words correctly but I'm not Jewish, and not schooled in its language so I have what I have!

But anyway yeah its nice to you know rebuild that foundation again. Make sure I don't have any cracks or holes that might bring the whole works down. And to reconnect with my roots. the kabbalah fits me, it fits what I have been taught before I learned the Kabbalah. It was the closes thing to something I already new and was taught by my Spirit Guides. I think the Kabbalah found me, not I found the Kabbalah. But its really only part of my path, maybe the structure of the building. Everything else is something else. the Windows, the Interior are all stuff that I learned on my own through trial and error. Only so much you can learn from a book. The rest is up to you to find within yourself.

Dream recall

I had the most interesting dream last night I won't write about it in this blog but I can say that the stuff I ended up remembering from this dream was very cool. I remember touches, feelings conversations, colors, only thing I can't remember sensing was actually smells.

You can read my online dream journal I did put it in that since It was a very highly detailed dream. Even had some famous people in it. LOL.

I remember waking up and saying dammit... Another day that I don't remember what the heck I had for a dream. Then small parts of it hit me. Then I started to jot down these parts in my dream journal, thoughs, feelings ideas.. Then the dream just started pouring back into memory. The dream memory was so complete at this point that I wanted to write it down totally. So I choose to put it on my Online dream journal too.

Now this happens a lot, I have had many times that I can't remember a dream! But then it pours into your mind, like it gets unlocked. Its the strangest feeling like sometimes to have it happen. Its very common for Lucid Dreamers and people that write down dreams to have this happen. But this one felt different. I don't know what it was about this dream but it felt different. Even now. So I am glad that I could remember so much from it and write this stuff down at this point.

Getting Back To Reality

But I plan on getting back to the serious Malkuth now and will start posting videos on the kabbalah and basics of how it works. And I think the first thing I will start with is the tree of life.

Usually I do an article on this before I post a video just for I can actually do the video more quick and get everything out that I want to in a reasonable time. So My Next article will be on tree of life. Followed by a video on youtube.

You know it when you see it. But sometimes they can be tricky to spot. You get a new PM from someone that really likes all your videos! You do a great job, and you should have them Featured, or can you check out my videos and give me some advice?

This is a pretty popular spam message I have received in the last few weeks. Lots of them! No malkuth they really like me.... No they don't look at the tags of who the message was sent too. Most of the time you will see a large list of people that the message was sent too. If it was truly meant for you then why have 25 others receive the same message! Did we all make the same videos that was awesome!

No its spam, its anohter way for some person to get subs. Subs For Subs on youtube are useless this is why!

You can have 6000 subs on your youtube page but if only 40-50 people ever watch your videos then guess what!! You not going to get that youtube partner. Youtube is not looking at how many subs you have but at how many hits your videos get. If your not making good videos and nobody's watching them then you won't get partner if that what your looking for. And if your SUB for SUB then that's why your doing it.

Time to rethink your strategy and actually start making videos that people want to see, instead of spamming my darn PM account with useless garbage.

Personal Paths As A Witch And The Internet

With the huge influx of online videos, online community, blogs, Blogtv, youtube the world of communication and getting in touch with like minded individuals has opened up to a whole new world for people.

Communities that were once solitaire or alone have now banded together on sites like Youtube, facebook, and twitter to communicate ideas with each other. The pagan and Witchcraft community is no different!

The Pagan youtube community has grown huge in the last few years, at the beset of the much larger Christian community it seems! Most of the time this is a very good thing. But even within the pagan community sometimes heads will butt, and ideas will not be shared. IS this a bad thing? No not really... But it does turn bad when Certain people decide that they know everything and everyone else is wrong.

You see its alright to disagree with others, nothing wrong with that. Its how you send that message that counts. Do you say it polite? Or do you demand answers and call names? Well this is what happened in the youtube community in the last week. Someone mentioned something about there path and how they feel about The Book Of Shadows. And some others brought it to themselves to scold this person for no particular reason.

If you don't agree thats fine. But in witchcraft there is no right way or wrong way! You can come up with an excuse about this as much as you want, but that is just the way it is. My path is different from someone elses path. My ideas work for me, but my ideas might not work for others. Thats why its called a personal path. Its your personal path. This has been the standing idea even before the internet and before youtube.

Now I personally like to have a book of shadows I made my first book of shadows when I was a teenager. And I'm so glad I did make it. Because to go and look back on that and reflect how much I have grown in the last 20 or so years of being a Kabbalist has helped me immensely in my path. But again this is me. By no means does someone have to have a book of shadows. Its not a big deal.

With the internet today things have changed in the pagan community. Knowledge is given over the Airwaves now instead of by mouth. Where things use to be written in a book, now things are written in a blog or a message board or even emails. The community is changing you can either change with it and grow with it! Or you can still do it the old way. This is your personal path and letting others tell you different and being the person that judges others path just hinders your growth.

Follow your path and your heart. And let others follow theirs. Only 1 person can know your true path and that's you. And well maybe the Divine too.

Well today thursday the 6 May I wanted to make a new video for you tube but could not come up with anything interesting to say lol. Nothing really major is going on. I am still in a major rut with lucid dreaming and i'm not happy about it. Keep trying to do a WILD at about 4 AM to 5 AM and I just fall asleep.

MY biggest problem is that my home Dream journal is slacking because I have been being lazy about getting up and writing in the dream journal my dreams. I remember that I am dreaming but when I don't write something about it down. When I wake up again I totally forget the dreams.

I have to get back into putting the time into this or this rut will never go away.

Star Wolves 3 PC Game

Usually don't do this but I have to warn people about this game its a lemon. Well its a lemon if you think that having you vs dozen enemy's is fun then this game is for you.

Guess what the graphic are ok, X3 is better though. I like the idea that you control your ship like in Home World Series of games, thats much better then X3 in my opinion.

The game has characters which again is better then X3 but thats it. X3 owns it in every other way possible. Why.

Well in X3 you can do what you want. In SW3 they say its free Roam but I have yet to find anything that is free roam about this game. You have to do the missions to make money to buy better ships and upgrades. And there is the problem . The missions are to dam fucking hard. Not hard in a fun way like you have to think about what your doing and do it. Hard in the way that the developers could not make a decent AI so they decided to make it for the player always faces 6 to 1 odds. And your little shit ship you start with and the fact that your own Ships can't even last the first pass by means that you die eventually.

The game is one of those games were you save it. Reload. Reload. Reload. Reload. Reload and woot. Finally The outcome came out better for me this time. On to the next gate where you guessed it.. Reload Reload Reload until you win. Thats how you play the game.

Not fun. Total garbage. Totally stay away from this Piece Of Shit game and go buy X3. Much better game, better community and the programmers are actually still supporting it with patches. And the X3 community has thousands of mods for this game.

SW3 has only a few. That make the game easier... But via giving your ships super stats for you can just own that 6 To 1 odds that the developers have thrown at you.

Seriously Do not buy this game. Not even for 14.95 which is what I payed for it at gamers gate. Total POS.

Noahs Ark Found LOL 2010

I had another short lucid dream yesterday, so it did not take long to get back into it. LOL. But it was short and not really controlled well. Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming

I'm going to start to slow down on the updates on this for now. Reason is that I have already had my Lucid dreams and updating anymore on this will be pointless at this point. I will continue to work on it though and get better at doing lucid dreams. And eventually I will move on to Astral Projection.

Right now I have to work on getting my dream recall back up. The many days of doing WBTB and WILD have messed with my dream recall totally. So Going to take a break and let the dreams come back to me. Then I will start to work on this again. Spending to much time on this might be having a negative effect on the outcomes.

Astral Travel, Lucid Dreaming day 29,30,31

I was to release this y on the 29th, but I forgot my portable drive that the story was on at work. So now I'm releasing it today. I already did test 1 that is written in this blog. I will post the results at the end of this blog.

I'm going to start to take a different approach to lucid dreaming. I'm going to start treating this as an experiment. For the next three days I am going to try a few different things and see what happens. The reason I am changing up my strategy again is that I have to find out what works and what does not work. Obviously WBTB works for me, but the side effects if it fails is that I will be so tired in the morning. So how do I overcome this side effect? Well one way is to just do it on the weekends. If you fail then you can go back to sleep, and wake up at 10 AM if you have to. Of course for me its hard to actually fall back asleep after this. But Saturday and Sunday I proved that you can fall asleep again. It might take awhile but eventually you will fall asleep and get the rest you need.

On non weekends doing the WBTB method is not advised. But I want to try something, If I go to bed 2 hours early and still wake up at 4AM to do the WBTB method. In Theory I should get the rest I need to go about the day. I don't like going to bed early though, but I guess 1-2 days out of your work day to work on Lucid dreaming can't hurt.

I have been reading some more message boards and have found out, a few interesting things about lucid dreaming. From reading a few post from people that have become good at Inducing a Lucid dream I see a pattern emerging that is very interesting. Most of the time these people talk about trying to do lucid dreams every night, After some time of doing this they get burnt out and might even have sleep insomnia hit them later. Only given up lucid dreams for awhile do these cases stop and they return to normal sleep patterns. I'm no scientist but I have a feeling that inducing Lucid dreams is actually taxing on your sleep cycle. More studies will have to be made on this, but I think that its not going to be a good idea to try to induce a lucid dream every night.

Now I have also read from people that do lucid dreams naturally, and they still do these without any problems. I think the reason for this is that they have them naturally out of a dream. What I mean is that most of these people realize they are dreaming during a natural REM stage. IE they are not inducing a REM state to have a lucid dream, they are taking advantage of a real REM state that is part of the natural sleep cycle. Most of the time these are called DILD, Or Dream Induced Lucid Dreams, they wake up inside a dream state either naturally or through a reality check

So As we can see we have two totally different lucid dreams. One is induced, and the other is a natural lucid dream where you become aware during the dream. I'm still no scientist, but from the differences I can see that the first one can be a little harmful if you overdo it. While the 2nd one and more natural one is not harmful because its part of your normal sleep cycle.

After doing 2 nights of just doing the wild method of trying to induce lucid dreams, I have found it’s a very difficult effort to try to do. On Sunday night I woke up once and tried it, I fell asleep within 1 min it seems. On Monday night I had 3 wake ups, and 3 attempts. All 3 attempts ended with me falling asleep before I could even start the wild method at all! Woops. So it seems that if I wake up and shut my eyes right away, then I will fall asleep very quickly. I must think of some way to take advantage of this. I have to find a method that I can start right away and try to get a lucid dream within the first few minutes of waking up. I also have to remember to do a reality check in these cases. It would be very disappointing if I actually had a false awakening and thought I just woke up. That is a lost lucid dream right their! Reality checks, reality checks!!

Not for my next 3 days of test.

Tonight 9/29/2009 I will do another Wake Back To Bed Attempt, but will go to bed 2 hours early to make sure I get good sleep in case it fails! I will only do the WILD version of inducing a lucid dream this night after the WBTB 20 mins is up!

9/30/2009 I will attempt to only do a WILD this night, If I fall asleep trying no harm done! This wild I will try to induce lucid dream with visualization. This is sometimes called VILD I think.

10/1/2009 this night will be another Wake Back To Bed Attempt, again going to bed 2 hours early to make sure I get good sleep in case it fails! This night I will only do MILD version of Inducing a Lucid Dream after the 20 mins of WBTB is up!

If I am successful the first night, I will still continue with the other test the other nights. Now I also have a plan for when I induce a lucid dream. In my case this will be my 3rd lucid dream!

3rd dream once I enter the dream I will do a reality check. I will Check my hands. I will also do the Try to breath while I hold my nose check. I will then try to ground myself better into the dream and make it more clear. I will do these before I do anything else. Its most likely that I will be in my bed room when this happens. After I'm done with these things, all I will do in my 3rd lucid dream is explore my dream world. I will touch things, maybe turn on a light and see what happens, maybe look in a mirror to see what I see. But I will only explore things. If I see a dream character I will talk to them, but will not talk about lucid dreaming at this time.

So that’s what I will do in my 3rd lucid dream, if it ends up lasting a long time I might add a few things to it to enjoy the time I have in my lucid dream.

Right now I will only think about this dream, I will not plan any others at this time. If I have my first lucid dream tonight, then tomorrow I will plan for the next. And so on!

9/30/2009 Update:

Well last night I woke up around 3:10 AM and decided to do the WBTB then. When I went back to bed I was real tired still and actually had a hard time seeing any images that usually happen when I do this method. In fact other then a few sporadic images here and there I did not see much. I think I did nod off a few times during this though. But soon my girlfriends alarm went off around 5 AM and it was time for her to go. Once she got up and left it was much easier to concentrate on the images. But bye this time I was too sleepy to pay attention to them and fell asleep. Waking up around 6:20 AM, so tonight’s experiment failed totally. I should have waited until my girlfriend got up for work to do the WBTB method. Live and learn I guess!

On another note I did have what I would call micro dreams this morning. When I would nod off for about 15 to 20 mins I would have little mini dreams in that time. I was not lucid during them but out of this whole night these are the only dreams that I can remember!

Tonight will be a normal bed time, and I will try another attempt at waking and going into a WILD method of lucid dream without the WBTB part, and see what this produces.

10/1/2009 Update

Tonight’s attempt at just doing a mild did not produce any lucid dreams. Again I had ample opertunity to do it. I think I made 2 attempts during the night. The one thing I did do was forget to do reality checks when I did wake up first! Silly me, I will have to work on remembering to do this checks when I wake up for I can catch a False Awakening if it happens.

Wake Back To Bed Method (WBTB) For Lucid Dreams

How the wake back to bed method works is pretty simple in theory. Basically when you sleep at night you have a few stages of sleep that you go through. When you first go to bed, when you fall asleep you hit what is called a Deep Sleep Cycle. This cycle last for about 1 hour and then you switch to what’s called a REM cycle. REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement!

The first stage of REM only last maybe 5 minutes to 10 minutes, after this you go back into the Deep Sleep Cycle again. This pattern repeats all night while you sleep. Only every time you hit another REM cycle it last a little longer than the one before. So by the time 5-6 hours go bye your REM cycle last from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Whats important about REM cycle, well the REM cycle is the time that you dream. You don’t have dreams during your deep sleep cycle only the REM. So to control and enjoy a Lucid Dream you want to be able to enter a lucid dream when your REM cycle is the longest.

And that is what Wake Back To Bed Method does. What you do is you first go to bed like normal, and program yourself through suggestion to wake up after about 5-6 hours of sleep. You can also use an alarm clock to have it go off at those times.

When you wake up you want to get up for a length of time. Now for me I found out that I should only really stay up for about 20 minutes. If I stay up any longer then I will have a hard time going back to bed. Now that your up, out of bed, you have to spend your 20 minutes thinking about lucid dreaming. Think about what you will do when you lucid dream! Plan out your lucid dream and have an idea of what you want, and will accomplish during your dream.

Also during this time you want to do reality checks. Reality checks are things you do in a dream that tell you you’re dreaming. My favorite reality check right now is looking at your hands. In dream most of the time your hands look strange. If you see them in a dream you will most likely realize your dreaming and start a lucid dream. But what you do during the 20 mins that you are awake doing the WBTB is keep doing reality checks. Ask if your dreaming. Look at your hand then go back to thinking about lucid dreaming!

After 20 minutes are up you go back to bed. When in bed tell yourself that “I’m about to dream, when I dream I will become lucid!” Repeat this many times. In fact repeat it until you fall asleep. If you find that you can’t fall asleep then you’re trying too hard. You have to let go, if you can’t keep the mantra up. Then stop and try to fall asleep that way.

Once you fall asleep then you should have a lucid dream. For me using this technique combined with the WILD method I have very good success with Lucid Dreams this way. As of this writing I had 2 lucid dreams for 4 attempts doing this. In fact the WBTB method gave me my first lucid dream.

I must warn you though about something. The WBTB method can be very hard on you sleep wise. If it fails you will most likely find yourself awake for the rest of the morning. At least that is what happens to me. If this is true for you then you want to experience a lucid dream with the WBTB method, and then when you understand how they work and happen, and the feelings that you get when you do hit lucidity. You will want to move on to a more relaxing and less tiring method of inducing lucid dreams, Either the WILD Method by itself, or the DUILD.

At any rate the WBTB method of lucid dreaming is good for beginners to try and experience a first lucid dream. And maybe even more if you’re comfortable with the less sleep you might get from it.

Well last night I tried for the first time again the WILD Method to induce a lucid dream without doing the Wake Back To Bed. And I failed. I fell asleep in like 1 min. All I remember is closing my eyes and thats it. LOL.

I did have a dream recall last night. It was an early morning dream though, my last one to be exact before I woke up for the morning. Still can't seem to grasp the earlier night dreams at all. It has been awhile since I could remember one of those dreams.

Oh and sunday morning I tried to do another WAKE BACK TO BED attempt but failed. I think I was close but I had a Hugely hard time falling asleep that morning. In fact I don't think I did fall asleep. But time did go bye kinda fast so I must of slipped into some kind of sleep state. No way 3 hours past that fast. But I had no dream recall at all for the morning so I don't know what happened.

Astral Travel, Lucid Dreaming day 25 (2nd Sucessful Lucid Dream)

Well this morning I had a 2nd lucid dream in which I yet again got out of my bed and was in total control. I walked over to my Bedroom door then I grabbed hold of the door frame and I jumped back into my body and woke up. So again this was not very long. And something did not feel right in this Lucid dream. I really don't think I was grounded at all in this dream and made me lose the lucid dream and wake up.

But it still counts so that is number two in one week using Wake Back To Bed!

I also had 2 dream recalls tonight that I put into my dream journal. So overall its a good week for lucid dreams. I just have to get better at them and get the dream more clear.

Astral Travel, Lucid Dreaming day 24

Well had a good dream recall last night, and also tried the Wake Back To Bed Method again. But this time I could not go back to sleep after I stayed up for 20 mins or so. Tried my best but, no go. This is why I avoided this method for so long. Trying to do this and fall back to sleep is hard for me!

But I will keep working on it, maybe if I cut my time in half? Stay up only 10 mins or so. I think I will try this for the weekend.

Astral Travel, Lucid Dreaming day 23 (FIRST SUCCESFULL LUCID DREAM)

Well my first success with Lucid Dreaming happened today. I had my very first lucid dream this morning. The method that I used was called the Wake Back to Bed or WBTB Method. What you do is wake up after about 5-6 hours of sleep. During this time you should be pretty far into REM type sleep patterns. The Reason you wait so long after going to bed is because the longer you sleep the longer your REM cycles last. By 5-6 hours you REM Patterns are about 1 hour or so long.

WBTB method takes advantage of this. You wake up, for me this was about 4:30 AM you get up for about 20 mins! Now online I have seen anything from 20 mins, to 1 hour. The reason for the difference is that like most people everyone is different. You might have to experiment a little bit! But for me I knew that If I stayed up for more than 20 Minutes I would not be able to go back to bed. So I started with this!

During that 20 Minutes that you are up you think about lucid dreaming. I did this, and I also did reality checks, I mean I did a lot of reality checks. Every time I saw a Door, a Light, or the clock I did a reality check. My reality check I do is to look at my hands and ask Am I sleeping, then look away. Then Look at my hands again. I must of done 100 reality checks in this time. Because I always saw a light, the clock and a doorway, oh I did it for a mirror too!

So I went back to bed. And like I feared I had a hard time falling asleep! I was doing both MILD and WILD versions of Inducing a lucid Dream. With MILD I was repeating these words over and over in my head “ I’m about to dream, when I dream I will become Lucid” I was also looking for the light patterns for the wild technique to start. But I found that concentrating like this made it harder for me to fall asleep, so I stopped thinking about it so much and tried to fall asleep.

Now during this time I dozed off a few times and went into a form of Mind Awake Body Asleep. I heard voices, music, and other things. I also saw lots of images and every once in awhile I was in a dream state and into some sort of dream world. But I would soon fall back into my bed and be aware of real world again. Finally I entered a somewhat vivid dream totally conscious. I got out of my bed and walked down the stairs, when I entered the Living Room I saw my girlfriend standing by the couch looking out the window. She was totally frozen in time though and not moving! At this time I noticed how dark everything was, It was almost like I had a pair of sunglasses on. I decided at that time to do a reality check to make sure I was dreaming. When I looked at my hands I was very surprised to see that my hands looked totally scary. My hands were not hands but whist of smoke! My fingers were very long and also looked like long wisp of smoke. And they were a red color!

I walked into my kitchen I said that this sucks that the dream is so fucking dark! So I decided to a technique that I read about online and that was to spin in place. So I started to spin in place. Bye the way no human being could spin in place like I did, I was going very fast.

At this time, in the real world my dog must have heard another dog outside on a walk. She jumped into the open window and started slamming the god dam screen with her paw, and doing a low bark. I heard this in my dream and said what the fuck is that! I then woke up and sat up and yelled at the dog to get the hell out of the window. And that ended my first lucid dream! It was short, and dark. But still It was a lucid dream! My very first self induced Lucid Dream!

I still could not remember any dreams before this so my dream recall for a 2nd night in a row was zero. I’m starting to wonder that maybe the reason my first lucid dream was so dark was because I seem to be in this rut with my dream recalls yet again! But I still had my first lucid dream and remembered that! So that is a win!

Very excited about this, what has it been 24 days and I had my first lucid dream! Then I started thinking was this a lucid dream or Astral Projection? I have to classify this as a lucid dream though. That’s what I was working for, and seems to be what I got. The fact that I got out of my bed like you would do with astral projection was one of the reason I thought that maybe it could have been astral projection. But after thinking about it for some times, the reality check seems to confirm I was lucid dreaming. I can’t think of why my hands would look the way they did If I astral Projected.

How To Put A Protection Spell On An Object

This is another series I will be doing on Protection spells. This time I will be focusing on Protecting an object, and how to do it. Now please understand I base most my protection spells off of ritualistic magic. Most of it might be better for you to cleanse the object and yourself before you do this.

I have a large influence on how I do my protection spells from my spirit guide Lori. She has taught me most of this and how it works. And allot of my protection spells require you to be able to visualize in your mind certain things. I have always been good with using my mind to visualize things. And Lori my Spirit guide has used this ability to help me better perform these kinds of rituals and spells. Now things might be a little difficult for you! It might be difficult thinking of images in your head and making them form. This can take practice. As a kid I was always off daydreaming about some sort of strange thing. Be it a battle, or some sort of adventure. Something I have done for many years. And in this case is the reason why it’s so easy for me to do these things today. That and many years of practice, So If I make all this sound like its easy, and it’s not that easy for you, I apologize! If you do have problems then In your case you will need to hone your skills at visualizations! Putting thoughts into your head and seeing them as best you can, but now on to the subject at hand.

When I do the Video of this Article I will show you the object that I am referencing to you in this article. I have a particular object that I have actually put a protection spell on it. It’s a little complicated because I did add a little more too it. But Right now I will just cover the Protection part of this object. When my son was 3 years old I bought him a huge teddy bear for Christmas. This teddy bear at the time was bigger than him! I bought it for him for a particular purpose. For him he sees a great little teddy bear that he can sleep with and help him have good dreams. For me I see a Teddy Bear that can protect him not from bad dreams but from Negative Energy or Entities that might try to get to him. So I put a pretty powerful protection spell on this teddy bear. And too this day it still works, and has become a very power thing in itself. Let me explain some fundamentals before we get to the procedure!

One of the most important parts of imprinting an object with a protection spell is that the person that owns the object must know about it! You don't have to get into the details about it. Just as long as they know it’s going to protect them from whatever they fear! In my case my son at first was told that teddy (that’s what he does call him) will protect him from all the monsters and bad things out there. He was too young at the time to understand protection spells so this simple suggestion to him was enough to convince him of teddy's power! As he got older, and a little wiser I explained to him what I did to make teddy such a good protector. The first time I told him it must of went over his head a little because he seemed to forget many years later what I did. But he still believed in teddy and that he does protect him! Just recently I told him again. And I could see the look in his eyes that he understood what teddy was now. I can even feel that this object has become a very powerful Protection object. The many years of my son holding on to this object and believing that it will protect him has reinforced teddy to the point where it’s well beyond what I ever added to it. It almost has a life of its own now. And my son also plays with teddy, he will wrestle with him. You know do what kids do!

Why must they know that the object will protect them? Well imprints like a protection spell fade away after some time. So yes even if you don't tell them about it, it will work for some time without them knowing, but will eventually fade away. If the person believes in the object and understands what it does? They in effect keep it charged. And as long as they believe in it they will continue to charge it and make it grow. Consider it like rechargeable batteries. You can have a very good first charge. But after awhile of use the batteries will go dead. If you don't place them on a charger they won't work! And this is what believing in the object will do; they will continue to charge it without any more input from you! You must remember that it is difficult to keep something like a protection spell or other spell on the Spiritual level for any reasonable amount of time. This is why you must charge it. Most people do this
Without even understanding what they are doing it. For Example, They might walk by it one day and say “oh that teddy is working so well. Or “I'm so glad teddy is around to protect me at night!” Or “hey look teddy is still around to sleep with me this night”. All these thoughts or spoken words are reinforcing the original Protection spell that was placed on the object!

The method for a protection spell is basically the same thing as a general protection spell like I posted in my Youtube video. The only difference is that we are placing it in a small object and that object has to be cleansed before you add your own imprint to it. Now many wiccans know how to do this already. Same principle as cleansing your alter tools, or your candles. I use Seawater for most of my cleansing rituals that are for objects like candles. But this can be adapted, like with teddy it would be a little difficult for me to cleanse him with seawater! You can use your own cleansing method yourself that suits your style. For teddy I cleansed him visually by using the same method that I showed in Easy Protection spells. I sent a white light throughout his body and pushed out a black mass while the white light expanded through his body. I also in this example grounded the negative black mass into the ground. I did not cover this before but in the case of cleansing an object you want to ground any Negativity they might reside in the object into the ground. And this is easy with visualization. Wiccans do other things similar. Whatever works for you! I visualize the black mass being sucked into the earth, deep into the earth and dissipating. Do this many times, as many times as you feel are necessary. You want to basically empty the object from any preexisting energy that might reside in the object. It's wise to do the visualization a few times over and over.

If you’re a Wiccan of course you will want to have your alter and magical stuff all set up and ready to go. Do what you have to, protection spells are easy but the more preparation and time you put into it. The better the protection spell will BE!

Once your all set up you can imprint the object with the desire you want! Again I'm a Ritualist so I prefer visualization methods to do this. I might perform certain rituals to get ready for this part! You can do whatever makes you feel good about what you’re doing! We all do different things; the important part is that you want to tune yourself with the other side, for you can manipulate it with ease. Just like performing a powerful spell, the more in tune you get, the better the results. White candles are a good idea. White represents protection, it repels. These candles are important for the process. But again you can change it up to what you want, and do.

Now At this moment when All my preparation work is done I would lay the object in front of me (you can put it on floor, the alter or a separate table) I will sit and get into a meditative state. I will see the object and visualize it in my mind in front of me. (This is where it actually is in the physical world) I would then place a white light inside the object with the intent that this white light will repel any negative energy, Including Negative Spirits. I then would move the light throughout the object, back and forth. Pulsating it with the light. The object should begin to glow, keep thinking about how the light will help this object repel negative energy. Keep this up, the object will get brighter, and brighter. Keep this up until finally the object in your Visualization is so bright that you cannot look at it anymore! Look away if you must, but before you are finished imprinting the object. Imagine the light settling into the object. It is no longer pulsating and moving, it has become the object. The light and the object are now one. It should be very bright, again if your good at visualization and can't look at the light that is fine! Just make sure you finish that last step. They must become one!

This can take anywhere from 5 mins to 20 mins. The more time you spend with this the better it will be! If this is your first time doing this, congratulations you just imprinted your very first object. You just manipulated the Astral Plane and made your first protection ritual.

You might be wondering something? Can I use this method for other things? Well yes you can, anything that you can visualize you can imprint into an object! Luck, love, happiness, anything really. Again I will be posting a Video on this real soon. If the object is for you, then just thinking about what it does is enough to keep it charged. If it’s for someone else then you need to tell them what it does. You don't have to tell them you did it if you don’t want to. You can tell them how it works! You must believe in it, and you must remember what it does from time to time. And if they do this, the object will protect them for a very long time! The power and strength of the protection will vary from person to person, and the time spent into making it, and recharging it!

Which could be the reason why I can't remember the dreams last night at all. Going to bed still way to tired. I need to hit the bed a little earlier to get me out of this rut again I guess.

Spirit Guides

This will be a two part article. I'm going to do a written article talking about Spirit guides and how you can contact them, and I will also release a Video Log about this subject.

Well first let me say that most of this article is going to be about my spirit guides and how I ended up coming in contact with them. I will try not to get to lost in my history in this article; I will leave that for a much simpler medium like my Video logs. I have 3 spirit guides that I know of. My main spirit guide herself Lori, If there was such a thing as a Major spirit guide Lori would be that one. The other two guides is Eric and Wendy. I have been in contact with Eric all most as much as Lori. And Wendy I have really not spoken too since I was 17 or 18 years old.

Some of the first things that Lori and Eric both taught me was that forget what I understand about Male and Female, for it does not matter on the spiritual world that they occupy. Both Eric and Lori taught me that they choose the names they have given me for my benefit. I have never seen Lori or Eric but I can feel them. Or sense them. Now I have said that numerous times that I am not psychic. I am not. The feelings that I get from them are basically from years of knowing them and communicating with them!

When I first started talking to them, I was young and not very well crafted in any sort of knowledge. Like a lot of the people on Youtube I thought of the Ouija Board as something that might be bad! Maybe I should not use it. But like most people I did use it, and went into it thinking negative thoughts. And like most people that play around with the Ouija board I got negative responses from the board. Now I still contend that the Ouija board is totally safe to use. It never really hurt me in any way during this time. It just scared the shit out of me! But I was so fascinated with it that I kept using it with my friends. Eventually things started to mellow out as a realized that the Ouija board is not going to hurt me, and that my Fear is fueling most of the bad experiences with it.

I started using the Ouija board by myself soon after me and my friends lost interest in it. At this point is where my whole life really changed. For this is when I met Lori. Who at the time of our first meeting I thought was just another Spirit. It soon became apparent that this was no normal spirit I was talking too on the Ouija board. For I was not the one asking the questions most of the time! After a few weeks of speaking with Lori, Eric showed up and so did Wendy. Soon any fear I had toward the board was gone, for the feeling of speaking to your spirit guides is totally different then to some random entity. It’s very hard to explain, but it’s almost like you know them already! In this case you do! Spirit guides are a funny name to give to a group of entities that are basically your life long companions throughout this world and theirs.

Lori taught me a little bit about reincarnation and how we take turns going through different lives on this world together. Sometimes we go together, other times 1 goes while the others rest and watch over the one that is incarnated at that time. She would not get totally into how it works or what our goals are. But she told me enough to understand. Also during this time our connection got so strong from speaking to each other on the Ouija board that I could literally know what she was trying to spell, before she spelled it! It became difficult for me to comprehend that I was not just making this stuff up when this started to happen. And this is about the time that Lori decided she did not want to use the Ouija board. And too this day she will not really use it, because she knows that I can sense her responses without it! All I have to do is listen. I was apprehensible to this because I can't hear her, and senses what she means is too strange of a concept for me. So I came up with a compromise with her. And that is where I learned about Pendulums. I made an article on this, and now you know where I learned how to use one. I did not have the internet at this time to look these things up. I did not get a computer until I was around 21 years of age!

Same thing happened with the pendulum as the Ouija board I could feel what she was trying to say to me, I used it mostly for Yes and No Questions. She got me into reading books from others. I use to spend lots of time in the bookstores in the Occult section. Let me tell you how small this section was back in the Mid 90s. Most of the time it was regulated to some small back corner of the bookstore with maybe a shelf or two of books. Most of the books were pretty expensive for paper backs. Of course they were large books, but sometimes they ranged from 15 dollars to 30 dollars. I did build up a very large collection like most pagans do.

And with Lori and Eric, and to a lesser extent Wendy’s help I learned lots of things about spirits and ghost and protection from Negative Energies and spirits! The books taught me the principles of things like Tarot Cards, Wicca, candle magic, Kabbalah etc. Lori became pretty protective of me in this time, almost annoying in some ways, and Refuses to use the Ouija board, stresses to me that I don't need that our Pendulum anymore. Soon Eric and Wendy went back into the shadows and watched like Spirit guides do. And soon even Lori went and watched as my life moved on to get married, having a son, raising my son, getting a divorce, being a single father, until today. Even though I don't speak to them consciously that much anymore, They are still watching over me.. I can still feel them. That is one thing you must understand about a spirit guide. They don't take things personally, If you don't speak to them, or even acknowledge that they are there. They don't hold it against you. They just do what they are meant to do, always caring and understanding and guiding you in ways we truly don't understand. They are our loved ones and friends for eternity. Because remember you as a human have a life span and die. But your soul does not. 50-75 years is nothing to something that lives forever.

Throughout my teachings Lori kept things simple. Giving me enough info to work with, never enough to mess with my current life and incarnation. For I do have a life to live on this side, and must follow that. And not get lost in thinking of the Spiritual world.

So how do you speak to your spirit guides? Well the example I gave just now was my own personal experience with this. I don't want to delve to deep into that part of my life, but basically I used an Ouija board to get in contact with my spirit guides. I can't promise you that the first thing you talk to on an Ouija board or similar device will be your spirit guides. In fact I think that If you go into it looking for them, then it is very possible that a spirit that is not your guide will say it is! Now I can't imagine that your own spirit guides will allow this to happen. And even if it does, then you must understand that spirit guides do not live on the same Spiritual plane as a Ghost. Ghost and hauntings and even most spirits you talk to live on the same plane Ethereal is what I have been reading people call it lately online. I just understand that it is the Plane of existence that is closes to ours. Its where you first go when you die, before you ascend to the higher ones. It’s the pit stop before the real Astral Realms begin.

Its hard to explain how to tell the difference between a Bored spirit that might be lying to you about being a spirit guide, But you will know! There is a huge difference between a spirit guide and some unknown entity, and you can feel it! It’s like if someone called you on the phone pretending to be your mother, maybe even sounded like her... But in your heart you know something is not right! That’s the feeling you’re looking for. You know your spirit guides. They have been with you for a long, long time. You have known then throughout history. You have shared past lives with them, and might of even watched over them at some point! The point of this is that you will know when you’re talking to your Spirit Guides. Just as much as you know you’re talking with your mother! Or father!

Spirit guides do not want anything from you. They do not need your help, or try to tell you what you want to hear! They do not delve deeply into this kind of work, and I suspect that like Lori, your spirit guides will not want to delve into Ouija Boards for too long. They might like it too, I'm not too sure. But eventually they might not be willing to use it anymore. I can make Lori use it! But then I would fall into the same routine of figuring out what she is spelling before she spells it. Then the thoughts of is this real will come back. So in the long run everyone is different. You might have better luck communing with your spirit guides using a tool like the Ouija. But in my case it was more of a crunch then a helpful tool at the end. And in the end I was not really willing to trust a feeling that I know what she is trying to tell me. This is one reason why I am so interested in Astral Projection. The ability to go to her, to continue any lessons she might want to teach me is pushing me too work for something that I have never been able to obtain. But I will someday, if it takes months or years. The one thing I can't do, and neither can you is too get totally lost in this and forget the Physical world and the responsibilities you have on this plane of existence. So take care of your physical self before worrying about the Metaphysical version.

Well last 2 nights have been normal nights so far, Monday morning I woke up with a few good dreams that I recalled and that is about it for that day. And Tuesday I woke up with very little dream recall. Not enough to really write down in a dream journal. I did write it down though just in case.

Had two good dreams last night and I wrote into my dream journal. I also tried to astral project in the morning like the day before. But this time I just fell asleep and did not get anywhere with this attempt!

Also I have an online dream journal that I made. I update it every week or so right out of my dream journal. I like to use this online dream journal because it takes the work out of my finding common themes in my dreams. I will post a link in the side bar for this if you want to look at some of the strange ass dreams I do have.

Astral Travel, Lucid Dreaming day 17

Hi guys its Saturday morning and I have a few things to report today. I had a very dry spell Thursday night in which I did not recall any dreams. So that is why I did not update on Friday.

This morning I woke up disappointed to, and did not have many dream recalls. But yet again for some reason I suddenly recalled two dreams. This time I was lying in bed and trying to think about what I dreamt about that night. Then I felt like I almost had a dream. I don’t know if I fell asleep for a few minutes in this time and actually had a short dream or if it was a recall. I then decided to put this is my dream journal.

Little update on the dream journal, I have started using a digital recorded to explain my dreams in as much detail as possible first. I have a few days of recordings to transcribe to my actual dream journal. So yeah, I have started using a digital recorder for this now. While I was recorded my dream, I recalled another one while I was talking about the one I just had or recalled. They were very similar dreams, so I think it helped to recall the last one.

Both these dreams were early morning dreams. I’m still having a hard time remember my late night dreams! In fact most of the dreams I recall seem to be early morning ones! I have to find a way to recall the late night dreams better! An Alarm is out of the question though, because I can’t wake up my girlfriend. She works early enough and gets up way to early to wake her up at 1 AM or 2 AM, to recall the dreams I just had! I have to think of something though!

A little side note on Astral Projection! Last night when I woke up it was around 4:30 AM. I decided to try to Astral Project. I did not want to put too much effort into it. So when I woke up I was on my back and tried to fall asleep, but stay awake. I did this for only a few minutes and decided to lie on my side! Again I relaxed and let the sleep try to hit me. This time though I think I did fall asleep but was somewhat awake! I do not remember paralysis mode. But I was hit by the vibrations. Now I never felt these before so this time I was very excited by this! I also felt very light, very, very light! And it almost felt as if I was lifting out of my bed! The vibrations were still going on and I read online that you should wait for the vibrations to pass! So I waited. But I think I messed up the moment and came out of it at this time! Maybe the excitement of what I was doing? I then laid on my back again and fell asleep within seconds this time!

The last part when I finally woke up in the morning to get up has me wondering a little bit. It almost felt dream like. And I’m starting to wonder if it was a dream! It’s so hard to tell now though. I know I was awake because when I woke up my girlfriend was still in bed. Think she got up at 5 AM, I will have to talk with her tonight about what time she got up! I feel that I was very close to Astral Projection last night! And I was really not even trying. I think I just got lucky and managed to keep myself aware when I fell asleep again. This is a very promising thing. If I can keep this up, then I will be in the astral world soon.

Astral Travel, Lucid Dreaming day 15

Soooo, tired... I went to bed way to late last night, I had no chance on earth of actually getting up and writing down my dreams in my dream journal. I even added a Digital Recorder to my dream journal for those dark nights. And I do remember getting up last night, and I do remember a recall. But I did not get up, and I did not write it down!

So yeah, if you go to bed dead tired and sleepy your chances of doing a dream recall almost go to zero!

I even did a meditation session before bed! Which made me even more tired. It had to be one of the most deep meditations I have ever entered! I usually see lights, and funny shapes moving around when I get to a trance. But this time I saw flashes of real images! Very quick! I even almost slipped into a dream, I actually saw moving and animated scenes! It was very very cool. Oh and even though the scenes did not last long, I could actually hear them! It was a very odd experience! I even felt like I was moving at some points! Not a huge amount, but enough to make a sensation!

I did not try to astral travel at all through all this. I just wanted to enter a meditation state and enjoy the moment. I did not go into it thinking to astral project! In fact I did the Meditation session for the sole purpose to see If I could intune and talk to my Spirit Guide Lori. I will have a story soon on my spirit guides. I did not hear lori last night, but the images were a very good sign that my pratice sessions are going very well! I even felt heavy in the arms a legs more then usual!

Well last night and this morning were a very strange day for my Dream journal. I went to bed kind of late last night! And when I woke up this morning I could not recall one single dream. I was a little disappointed but oh well. So I was down stairs waiting for the kids to get on the school bus. They were watching T.V and I noticed someone on T.V trip over a drum set! Then a Dream recall hit me. All of a sudden I remembered parts of a dream I had last night about a friends drum set! And while I was recalling this dream I also remembered another dream I had before this one. So with seeing one little drum set on the T.V screen I recalled 2 dreams!

I have some more ideas for articles for my blog and Youtube channel. I will start to work on them this weekend sometime. I would also like to thank all the new Youtube Wiccans that have Given me a friend invite and subscribed to my channel. I had no idea that the Youtube pagan community was so huge! And I have yet to find them all. So I will go through every night finding like minded people to subscribe too on youtube.

Feels good to talk to others that have your same belief system! So thanks again for the Invites and subscriptions!

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 13

Well last night was interesting I did not wake up until 5 AM or so. And yet again I could not recall any late night dreams at all. But I did manage to dream in the morning and it was a pretty good dream that seemed to be kinda long. And yet again somewhat pretty normal. So no strange things going on.

Its totally amazing how you brain can give you such a variety of strange and normal dreams and keep repetition down. But the people in Hollywood that makes our movies can't manage to come up with an original idea at all. All they do is remake old movies that were pretty good. And make a new version that pretty much sucks.

Maybe they can learn a few things from there dreams huh?

Seen a few more videos on Youtube that suggest Harry Potter is a movie to promote Witchcraft! LOL. These people are so funny its almost sad! Don't respond to them. They want the attention. Then they will tell you how your wrong about your religion. Yet the Christians are right. But we have something like 15 religions on this planet. And Christians are the youngest of them all. But they are right, and the only true way!

And I did not try to astral project last night. Had no time really to practice. Need peace and quite and that was not an option last night!

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 12

Well still on a roll with my dream journal work. Recalled 2 dreams last night and wrote them down in my journal. Both dreams last night where totally normal with the exception again that one dream I was watching it, and not part of it. So I didn’t have any lucid dreams yet.

I did not try to do any type of astral projection last night. I was working on my new videos on youtube and watching a few Youtube Videos on Lucid Dreaming last night. I would like to point on this series on You tube about Lucid Dreams. They are very well done by a Youtuber known as Stephenberlin. I enjoyed the movies very much.

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 11

Last night went pretty well on the dream journal front. I had a few interesting fragmented dreams in the morning hours. And remembering these was a little difficult at first. But once I remembered the last one I had before I woke up, the rest came back to me at the same time. They were fragmented though so not so much info from them as the night before.

I actually would have had 4 dreams that I recalled last night if I would of remembered to get up and write down the first one. So yet again being lazy I failed to recall a good late night dream! I have to learn to get up and write in my dream journal!

Last night I also tried a little attempt at astral projection. I did this Early Evening around 9:30 PM. I used BB again to get me into a meditative state. Yet again I did not produce an Astral Projection. But something was a little different this time. I felt vibrations in my feet for some time. I also felt a vibration in my chest for about 3 seconds before the feelings went away. Vibrations are GOOD! If I keep working at this I might actually produce something soon. I have decided to give up trying to do these late at night. It disrupts my dream cycle way too much, and makes me very tired. I have to balance doing both of these real careful, or I will burn myself out trying too hard.

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 10

Well last night it seemed my rut of not having very clear dreams or recall at all came to a huge end. Last night the mojo came back and I had 1 large dream that spanned 3 different stories that took place in the same area of my town. This dream is actually a recurring type dream. Not the story part but the place it takes place. It takes place in my home town in the back hills area. Now this part in town does exist. The only thing is that in my dreams its more maze like and bigger.

I also had 2 more separate dreams last night that I can recall. So last night went pretty well. I don’t know for sure what I changed to get out of the rut I was in but it seems to work. I did read that drinking water before you go to bed can help with dream recall. So I did drink a glass of water before going to bed.

I also did not try to astral project last night at all. I wanted to get back on track with my dream recalls so I rested for a night. I might not try anything tonight either just to be sure. But it’s good to have a good Recall again. It makes me feel better for some reason. I don’t know what it is, but I like remembering my dreams now.

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 9

Have decided that I'm going to switch my Astral projection attempts to a different method. The method I'm going to start to use is going to sleep first then trying to wake up in the middle of the night. The trick to this is that when I wake up I can't move or open my eyes. Then I can try a few methods of getting out. The only problem with this is that this can mess up my dream journal. So what I think I'm going to try is waking up, if i remember a dream write it down. Then try using a timer type method that will wake my up 15 mins to 20 mins later (after I fall asleep again. And we will see how that goes.

On the dream journal front again I did not wake up until almost 5 in the morning again. And yet again I could not recall any dreams at that time. When I went back to sleep and woke up around 6:30 AM I did recall one dream during that time. And I wrote it down in my journal.

I have to start waking up earlier in the middle of the night or I will not remember any of my late night dreams. For some reason me trying to wake myself up on my own is not working at all. And using an alarm is out of the question. So I have to figure out what to do on this part. I know I am dreaming during this time. I can feel that I have a recall on the tip of my mind. But I just can't remember them at this time. If I wake a little earlier I will remember them.

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 8

Well last night seems like a total loss for both subjects. I did try to put myself into a deep meditation state last night on my own, but I fell asleep. I then woke up around 4:30 AM and could not get back to sleep. I also could not recall a single dream last night. I did remember something about vampires though and that's it.

I did try to get into a Meditation again after I woke up but I could not concentrate. The funny thing is about this time period is that I know I was not sleeping but time went by real fast. Woke up at 4:30 and tried to meditate, only felt like 10-15 mins but when I looked at clock it was 5:35 AM.

This continued for the rest of the morning. Time just went by real quick but I know I did not fall asleep. I also could not concentrate on getting into a Meditative state at all!

Was a very frustrating morning and night really. First night so far I have not had a good recall of my dreams.

On another note I have not used a Binaural beats since Saturday! I'm starting to wonder if they help me with my dream recalls. Because yesterday I almost had a night that I did not remember dreams too. But they came to me later.

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 7

Well last night I did not have much time to astral project or try to at least. I did wake up around 3:30 AM and tried to do a early morning OBE. But I fell asleep a few minutes later it seems and nothing happened.

On the dream Journal front, I was a little disappointed last night at first! When I woke up at 3:30 AM I could not recall a single dream. And when I woke up again around 5:30 AM I still could not recall a single dream. I was thinking that maybe I would have my first dry night of no recalls. But between 5:30 and 6:30 I had 1 single dream that I did recall after a little work in trying to remember it after I woke! It was another weird dream that I was not a part of, and was just watching it. It was about the Ghost Busters. Oh boy!

Well I wrote that dream down, a little mad that I could not recall anymore. Took a shower and while I was in the shower it hit me. I started to remember another dream. This was a big dream, and very long. I started thinking to myself how I could have forgotten this dream! This dream was so long that it actually transformed into 2 other dreams. All had the same type of plot though, only the players changed. The first part I was part of an Army Squad that was looking for an infected Human. He was infected by some strange alien slugs that took over the body. We found him and killed him, and tons of the slugs came out of his body! Then the slugs went towards town. We fought in town for some time, then the dream changed to me as a teen, and some sort of Robot Invasion! This went on for some time, and the dream changed again to me watching like a movie. This time the dream had Mega Man in it, the invasion was led by the scientist guy that is mega man nemesis!

That was a long and strange dream. I’m starting to notice a pattern though in my dreams. And this one pattern I noticed is the fact that I am not a participant in many of these dreams! I am watching them like a T.V show. But its different because I’m not watching a T.V, I am like part of the world, I can see everything. It’s very strange to explain! I’m starting to wonder how am I suppose to be able to do a reality check in a dream in which I have no body it seems. When I’m actually part of the dream but watching from some safe distance?

Guess I will have to worry about that at some other time. Right now I still have a few weeks of dream journal work to do before I worry too much about reality checks!

Astral Travel And Lucid Dreaming day 6

Well last night was pretty interesting. I decided to try Astral Travel without using Binaural Beats. I did manage to get to the same state that the Binaural Beats get me too. Took me much longer but I did get there. I’m starting to get confused on what state I’m really in though! I need to know more about how Paralysis feels other then heaviness and can’t move muscles? Can you still hear in Paralysis? How about smell? Only reason I’m wondering, is because I’m starting to wonder if I’m in the early stages of paralysis or not! My arms and legs are hard to move. But I can move them with a little more effort then it usually takes. Of course if I am in some sort of Paralysis state then it can’t be full set paralysis because I never ever feel the vibrations. And Never get an OBE in the current state I seem to be able to get to with ease now!

So yeah, I did not Astral Project last night again. But it was interesting that I was able to get to the same state that I do with Binaural Beats! This is a good thing!

Now on my Dream Journal front. Lesson learned last night. I had one good dream I remembered. I wrote it down. So far this one dream is the most well written down dream yet! I even described some of the surrounding area. Like a fence, inside the fence was a basketball hoop, security cameras etc.

This was a good dream. I woke up around 4:30 and wrote it down. Went back to bed had a few more dreams woke and woke up! But I did not write the dreams down! And now I don’t remember having any after the last one I wrote down! I know I did because I wanted to get up and write about another dream! But I fell asleep again before I could do that! AHHHHH! Oh well lesson learned. Make sure you get up to write down your dreams. Or you will lose them!

Well last night I tried a few more times to astral project. Now I know I said I would not do this anymore at night. But I could not help myself. The First attempt was like all the others. But I found another MP3 recording at a forum called Astral Viewers Located at http://www.astralviewers.com/.

Well I tried this new recording and I had some strange new sensations. While I listened to this my muscles kept twitching, this was very annoying. But I did feel like I went into a slightly deeper meditation state. I still don’t think I entered Sleep Paralysis. But it’s interesting how this recording had some different effects on me!

Now I did not astral project again. I will keep working on it. Seems to me that I’m getting closer and closer so I will keep on practicing.

Now my Dreams were very interesting I would of remembered 4 dreams last night! I woke up at 4 AM and forgot to write the 1st one down! But between 4AM and 7AM I had 3 more dreams that I did remember! YEAH! And they were normal dreams too. Not the stupid ones I had the other night. All normal everyday type things happened!

So I seem to be remembering my dreams more when I have them early in the morning. For me to recall my late night dreams I’m going to have to train myself to wake up earlier to remember them. That could mess up getting a good night sleep though, so work days are out for those types of recalls. But if I dream so vivid in the early mornings, and Have so many then I can count on having those all the time now.

Well this last night I did not try to Astral Travel until I woke in the morning. So I ended up waking up around 2:15 AM or so and tried to astral travel. Spent about 45 mins working on it and never really got past the part that I always seem to get stuck on. So I went back to bed, which took me some time after listening to the MP3 Biometric Beats again. I don’t want to knock Biometric Beats but you do have to technically fall asleep to astral projection. Only difference is that you want to be conscious when you do it. If the Biometric Beats are making it hard for me to sleep, then how can they work?

Also I did have a few good things happen last night. I remembered two dreams! Well Kind of only 1 real good dream and 1 not so good. My first dream was the one I recalled after waking up at 2:15AM. I could not recall much of it. Only that it had an old friend in it that I have not seen in over 10 years.,And A Phone. That’s all I remember!

The 2nd dream is very strange dream. I did not have this dream until After I woke the 2nd time which was 5:22 I think. When I fell back asleep I had this dream. The time frame of this dream was between 5:30 and 6:35. This was one of the most bizarre dreams I have had yet, since I have been doing dream recalls! I think it was suppose to be a nightmare. But I don’t have nightmares anymore, because I’m not afraid of them (this is a long story that goes back to when I was young kid).

Anyway I was part of a colony that survived the end of civilization. We had a priest in the colony that brought us to a church for a dinner with some other colony survivors around the area. When we got to the church we sat down and started eating Spaghetti. I started noticing that people were eating strange. Then I noticed that they were disappearing. I looked around and followed this long staircase down below the church. Were I found that they were transforming the colonist into monsters. The things protecting this part of the church were human type monsters that were very strong. Anyway I fought my way through to rescue the colonist, and eventually made it to the main bad guy. This thing was a scary looking girl that was very fast and screamed like a banshee. That’s when I woke up though, while fighting this thing. At the end of this dream it almost turned into a video type game. That’s what I felt like I was doing at the end, Very strange dream indeed!

Now I know why I don’t remember my dreams. I have some crazy stupid dreams that don’t make any sense. This last one was the strangest and most vivid so far! I understand where I got the colony idea from. I watch a reality TV show called the Colony. An experiment on if a group of survivors of a holocaust type event could survive in a city with no power and no modern day working technology. It’s a 10 week study. But I have not watched the last two weeks of this show. I was thinking about it last night though to watch.

Well that’s today’s update so far. As you can tell I have lot of work to do on Astral Travel. And I seem to be getting a little better at my dream recalls for Lucid Dreaming. So at least one of my studies seem to be doing great. I will be changing the Daily update about these things from Astral Travel day Such and Such, To Astral Travel and Lucid Dreaming Day such and such.

Astral Projection Day 3 (Dream Journal Update)

Well I tried again last night, and this will be the last time I try to do astral projection at night. I think I have the basic concept down now though. I will switch to tying to astral project in the morning hours around 4 AM. This is the suggestion almost all the Info on astral projection suggest to do.

I did have a funny dream recall last night though. I actually woke up around 12:45 AM. And this was the most vivid dream I have had yet this week. And it was a strange one too boot. Like my dream Wednesday I was watching this like a TV show. But this time it was really like a TV show. US Special Forces was on some sort of mission in South America. They were on a river, and the bad guys were chasing a Speed boat. Well some more Special Forces jumped in and made the bad guys chase them. The Special Forces were now on Jet Skis. Shooting was happening in to be pretty honest the dream got bloody from this point. Then I woke up.

Now this was an odd dream for sure. I have no idea why I even had a dream like this. I have not seen any violent movies lately. Or have even been thinking of Special Forces, or South America! I did write the dream down though. Then went back to sleep.

I did not wake up again until 5:30 AM. And I could not recall anymore dreams at this point. I was hoping to have 2 dreams that I could remember that night. But it did not happen. Also, I did not wake up at 4 AM again like I wanted too!

Tonight I will try to astral project in the morning. My girlfriend works on Saturday so she will be leaving around 3-4 AM. So this should give me the peace and quiet that I need to practice. I have a few days of her leaving early in the morning so I will at least have a few good practices in for the week. And of course I will work on my dream journal throughout the weekend.

I’m really starting to get excited about the dream stuff too. I have had 3 days in a row that I remembered my dreams. I have not had something like that happen since I last tried to Lucid Dream.

Astral Projection Day 2

Well last night I was busy on the Internet looking into more techniques of astral Projection. Found out a lot of info. One of the most interesting parts was the part about the work that it takes to astral project. It’s not easy for most people. Some take years. Oh boy!

Anyway, I was more interested in the state of consciousness that you have to go through to get to a state where you can project your astral body. Lots Of Different Views on this and ways. But I think I will stay With the Monroe intuition version for now.

Now using the MP3 players Binaural Beats, I found out pretty much what state that these recordings get you too. And it’s not close enough to Astral Projection. After reading about these states I have come to the conclusion that they get you to the Hypnotic State, Which is just before The Deeper state of Mind Awake body Asleep. Which some just call the paralysis state?

I tried again last night to see how far I could get. And again I can get to the Hypnotic state relatively easy with the MP3 Recordings. The hard part is getting past them. I was close a few times, but every time I hit the first part right after they Hypnotic state. I kind of shocked myself out of it back to the begging of the Hypnotic state again. This is the part where you either fall asleep or go into the paralysis state with Mind Awake Body Asleep. The part I'm talking about is basically the part where you fall asleep. Of course I don't want to fall asleep. Last night I came to the conclusion that I have felt this stage a little deeper before.. Not on purpose though. And I think I’m starting to understand why it feels the way it does when it hits you unexpectedly. Ever have the feeling like your falling when you’re trying to sleep? Most the time this happens to me it shocks me so much that I actually get up from bed! Well I have the feeling that the falling part is actually just the sensation of you losing consciousness of your body, the first part of paralysis. It feels so strange that it feels like falling!

But again I never really felt the falling sensation last night, because I never got that far. I did get to a point where I felt like I was on the verge! But every time I hit the envelope I seem to have pulled myself away back into the Hypnotic state. Only 2 methods seem to work to get me even that far. One was to concentrate on my breathing (which at this point was pretty shallow, so I kept it shallow). And Again I would hit that point, I could even feel it! But then I would snap back to Hypnotic state again. The other method I tried was counting. Usually I only really made it too 20 or so before I went off into strange thoughts and hit that wall again which sent me back to the Hypnotic state. I tried visualization and that did not work to well for me.

So that’s where I stopped, I can tell that this is going to take some time. One method that I did not try was to look past the funny lights and watch the darkness. But I found that If I don't count, or Concentrate on breathing that I start thinking about things... like is this working? Or my favorite, I think something is happening! LOL. And you don't want to have random thoughts I guess... LOL. But I will try it, seems when you’re stuck in the Hypnotic state that you have a little time to try a few things before you give up. (or in my case the Binaural Beats beats ran out of time)

Anyway, while I was in the Hypnotic state last night I also gave the suggestion to wake at 4AM for I can record in my dream journal. Well I was pretty tired last night at any rate. At 9PM I went to bed, and tried to OOB. By 10 PM I was done, and fell asleep within 10 mins after that. Well I did not wake up until 5.55 AM. (WOOPS) well past the 4 AM wakeup call I wanted. I totally forgot most my dream.. I do remember some of it, and all I can say is that I was a Captain in some type of Space Ship. LOL. No idea of anything else. I did write it down in my journal though. So technically I did have a recall. But I woke up way too late to have a decent recall like the night before. Maybe the suggestion did not work because I was too tired? Or maybe I should just do it the way I always do it. Tell myself before I go to sleep. Usually it works for me though, so I think it might be because I was too darn tired!

Astral Projection Day 1

I mentioned in one of my articles that I have never been able to astral project. If you don't know what Astral Projection is or OOB as it’s called, it’s when you leave your physical body with your Metaphysical body and travel on the Astral Plane. Skeptics can say what they want; they have been scientifically proven that Out of Body (OOB) and Lucid Dreaming exist. It has been Measured on machines and recorded. This is sometimes also called Mind Awake Body Asleep. Well anyway, I have been trying to do Astral Projection for a very long time, since I have been a Wiccan really. I have had 1 OOB that I had no real control over, but it only lasted a few minutes and was not on Purpose. I also have not been to successful with Lucid dreaming. But then again lucid dreaming can take months of practice and that is something I never really put into the Process to make it work correctly. And maybe the same is true for an OOB.

So now I have started up my training on this again. I really want to have an Out Of Body experience. Lucid does not concern me as much as OOB. Not that I would not like to have a lucid dream! I would rather right now have OOB's. I have started a dream journal, which is where you have to start to become lucid. I actually started the journal Monday Aug 30th. But Last night Sept 1-2 I actually had my first recall. Recall is when you remember your dream. And I can tell you right now that I hardly ever remember my dreams. I think it’s due to my sleep habits. I usually go to bed around Midnight or so, and wake up around 7 AM. Really not enough time to work on Lucid Dreaming. I will have to change my Sleep habits if I want to work on lucid dreaming. But I will start with the dream journal for now.

I did lots of research in books when it comes to OOB. It has been awhile since I have read up on them. So now we have lots of info online, and help. I came across something that interested me. They are called Binaural Beats. Basically they are sounds that are played (you use an IPod or MP3 Player) that gets you to relax quickly and get your brain into the Theta Stage, Which is where you want to be to have an OOB or even a Lucid Dream. So I bought a package deal of 4 MP3 recordings that had different versions for and OOB and Lucid Dreaming, and something for Past Life Regression (Remember I believe in Reincarnation).

Well I tested the OOB recording last night before I went to bed (they say to do it in morning after you wake up) and well I had no luck. But the recordings work in the way they are described. I was totally relaxed. I don't know if I got to the Theta Stage of Brain Activity because I did not feel the paralysis that comes with Mind Awake and Body Asleep method of OOB (MILD) but I think I was close. My biggest problem was my Girlfriend sleeping next to me. Every time she moved she messed me up. Every time my Dog (sleeps in our room to) shook her head I heard it. It was very annoying. And your suppose to have total peace and quiet while you do this. So I think that kept me from going to Theta Stage and then to paralysis or Mind Awake Body Asleep.

Well I finally fell asleep and told myself I would wake up at 4AM. And then I did wake up at about 3:57 AM (always been good at waking myself up at whatever time I want). So I tried again. Something that I did find out about using the recording is I can't fall asleep with it on. I even tried to fall asleep with it on. But I could not. Again I did not get far that time either. Again movement in the bed! Then the boy got up to go to the bathroom, I could hear him through the dam IPod and recording stomping away doors closing! I was totally relaxed again this time like the last time. I could see images in my mind, they were mostly just white lights though... Kind of like those lava Lamps, you know the funny little pattern they make? Well that was what I was seeing but it was a white light. That’s as far as I got. And I never really fell asleep again for rest of the night (so yeah I'm pretty tired today)

I did have a dream though that night. I don't know if trying to do OOB is helping me remember them or not. But it was kind of strange. I was using an Ouija board at my Aunts house with someone I can't remember who it was. But I was watching myself like it was a TV show. We were speaking to something on the Ouija board; again I can't remember what it was. I did write what I could down in my dream Journal.

Anyway maybe I misunderstand what the Recordings do? Do they only relax you enough to get to theta Stage of brain wave? Then I have to try to induce a Mind Awake Body Asleep with the Techniques that are listed around the web about OOB's? Guess I got some more research to do. And this time I'm sticking with it. I will astral travel; nothing is going to stop me this time! I have no idea why it seems to be so hard for me. I'm not afraid of doing it. I want to do it!!! This is very important to me at this point. I have blown it off for many years. But I feel empty inside without finishing this last of my Studies. I have always wanted the same ability as the Many Golden dawn Members of Kabalah to go to the astral plane and conduct your rituals in that world. To totally shed your mortal veil and work right on the Other Side has always been a dream of mine. But it has always been so hard for me to do that I figured I have some sort of Mental Block. Or something is stopping me from doing it. But now I think that none of that is true, I just have not put the time I need into it, to make it work. I will keep an update on this as much as possible. I want to write it all down this time anyway. Maybe this will help me with working for my goal. And I will work on my dreams to for I can get a good Dream Journal together and work toward having a lucid dream also.

The Connection of Ghost And Humans!

So how are Ghost and Humans connected? I talk about the other side a whole lot. But never really mention what it is. Well it’s too big to explain in this little article, but I will try (maybe not well).

All I need to concern myself when it comes to ghost and spirits is only one small part of the other side.
The one that is closes to our world. How close is it really? You can't really measure it but I will try to explain. All religions have versions of the same ideas. While we are alive we are living in a shell. Our bodies are a shell for this world. Within that shell is our Soul, or Spirit. Again many religions have different names for this. That Soul (that’s what I like to call it so I will) is connected to our body that is firmly planted in this world. But our soul is actually part of the other side. It’s basically frozen in time. (While we are awake at least) That soul is the reason that we can and do have a connection to the other side. IE why Ouija boards work, and why manipulating the other side is possible, because we are part of it.

Now a ghost or entity that is not alive has no connection to this World at all. It has no body. It’s almost impossible for them to do anything on this side without a body. It has no connection. We have a connection to both sides because we have a soul, and a body. Ghost does not. They are the soul. Ghosts have a connection to us because we have a soul that is on their side of the border so to speak. Now they can do some things in are world. We have seen it sometimes. How they do it must take so much energy that it’s crazy to think about. They would have to be a very powerful entity to do it. But again, they do it through us. This is where they get the connection to our world.

Think about how much energy we have to release just on this planet to get a space shuttle into orbit. ITS A WHOLE LOT! How the Ghost manipulates our side I'm not totally sure. But it can happen but is very rare. We have something like 6 billion people on this planet. And yet we have yet to prove the other sides exist scientifically. Why? If ghost haunting were such a common thing they would have been proved by science by now right? But science only applies to our world. Not the other side. The rules are different. I watch Ghost Hunters all the time. And If I was a skeptic that show would not prove a thing to me. Doors opening and noises and cold spots can all be explained naturally. So it’s very hard to prove that they really exist. And I have yet to see on Ghost Hunters a true powerful Negative energy do anything remotely interesting. So with my own time spent on ghost, and from watching the dozens of shows they make about the subject, the conclusion that I come to is that Haunting are rare. I’m talking about the bad ones really, not the little parlor tricks some seem to have.

Technically we are all haunted in a way. If your idea of a haunting means that a spirit is nearby then yes we are. Again the difference between our world and the first layer of the other side is not much. People that Astral Travel tell us that the First layer of the other side (I will call it that for simplistic reasons) is almost identical to ours. On our side we have people that run around all day and never notice Ghost or spirits. And the same is true for the other side. There are just as many if not more on that side that run around all day not noticing us.

My idea of a true haunting is when a Entity. Be it positive or negative is actively trying to affect our world to get our attention. Be it a left over energy (very common) or an entity that’s bored or seeks help, but means no harm (Somewhat common), or because it has some sort of Malicious content on its mind. (rare) Basically all haunting can fit into those 3 parts. Maybe some go outside the box, but they all have the same common idea of what’s behind the haunting.

Now let’s talk about ghost and what they are. Some are not True Ghost or Entities. Some are just left over energy from some type of Tragic Event. Remember how I said that Wiccans manipulate the other side to change things in my last article about the tools of the Trade? Well the same thing can happen when a tragic event happens, Leaving a negative imprint in its place. Ghost Hunters see these types of haunting a lot. The only way to get rid of this type (and it won't hurt you, doesn't even know you exist) is to erase the negative energy which is no small feat, or suppress it. Now a true ghost is basically a soul. Now some claim that a soul can be lost when you die... I don't tend to believe this. I think they confuse a lost soul with an Imprint (there are many different types of imprints). But I could be wrong. Now when you die you are let loose of your Earth bound self and become totally aware again in your soul. And since in my case I believe in Reincarnation I remember my Soul life. It’s kind of like waking up from a dream. Now everyone believes in something different. Heaven, Hell, Etc. That’s fine. We can never truly understand the other side because we are grounded in this life. And we all interpret it differently, which is why we have so many different religions on this planet of ours.

A soul is Eternal. You can't kill a Soul, you can't destroy a soul. That power is beyond anything we can ever do. A soul is not human, not male or female. A soul can't reproduce so there is really no such thing as male and female as we know it on the other side. The rules are totally different. Does that mean that when you die you don't care about the ones you left behind? Of course not, I also believe that souls keep in groups. In reincarnation if you study it you will find that many times you go through life with others, family members you can call them. These can be very large groups of souls that work together for a common goal. They sometimes all take turns with reincarnation. A few go through a life Lesson (become human again) while the others watch over them (these are your spirit guides, or Guardian angels). Then when the Life Lesson is over they switch it around and now it’s your turn to watch over them in their life lesson. It’s all worked out on the other side, and again is kind of beyond what we can understand in our limited forms and understanding in these Human Shells.

When you are a soul on the other side you can have any form you wish. All souls can do it, Even the ones that you talk to on Ouija boards. The Plane of existence that is closes to this world, is kind of like the train stop before the next Terminal, the terminal being this world. Beyond that Plane of existence is a vast network of different layers of the other side. Again its huge and beyond this artlicle. Wanna know how close they are. Well think of this for a second. Your soul is in your body right now. If you Astral Project (something I'm ashamed to say I have never done yet) you lift your soul out of your body and enter the Other side. (You are still connected to your body though). Now think about that. That’s how close the two worlds are.

So why do we get a haunting then? Well like I said I think most haunting are just imprints. (Yes some can even travel from place to place) There really is no logical reason for a Real soul to stick around messing with someone on this plane, when they have so much work to do on the other side. But alas as in real life, we have some bad apples on the other side too. Now maybe these are young souls, or Rebellious ones that don't want to Reincarnate. I'm sure they all have their silly reasons for doing what they do. Also some are just bored. They sometimes have to wait long periods of time (I’m not sure why) before they can Reincarnate. It could have something to do with murder, maybe Suicide? I just don't know really. (Sorry)

Are the Ghost we speak to with Ouija boards, like the ones you mentioned above? Nope. Souls surround us everywhere. Most are doing something, getting ready to reincarnate, or just roaming around while they wait. Let me give you a Human example. Take a New York City street with Thousands of people walking around. A pay Phone starts to ring. Most those people could care less about it. But chances are 1 person will answer the phone right? Well now imagine the Payphone is an Ouija board..... Does it make sense now?

That’s it? Yup that’s basically how it works and what’s going on. Of course this is a simplistic version of it. Thiers so much more, if you really want to learn about things like Ghost, and The Other Worlds Planes of Existence, read the Countless articles online about this stuff that explain it more detailed then I could ever do it. Everyone tries to understand things different. But if you read enough you will see that they are all about the same. They may change some words of throw some sort of belief system into the mix to understand it. It’s only natural really. We are stuck in bodies that truly cannot explain it very well or understand it that well.

Tools Of The Trade (wiccan, Kabbalah)

This article will talk more about how the Tools that we use to commune with the other side work. And what we are really doing to make them work. And A little bit more about me.

Many of the tools that we use in Wicca and Kabbalah are based off the same principle as Ouija board and Pendulum. We use these tools to better in tune us to the other side. That Way we can manipulate the other side and do what we do. We can perform a Protection Spell or Ritual. And even a Good Luck Ritual or Spell.

You might have heard about the Alters, or Chalice (cup) Dagger or knife, and of course the candles and Robes we use. Well again all these things are just tools. They get a little more complicated than an Ouija board. Many wiccans and Ritualism Make their own Tools, and inscribe them with markings. Then they cleanse them to get rid of any Negative energy. Then charge them with their own positive energy.

Then we use the tools to do Spells and Rituals! We use them to manipulate the other side. There are many spells that actually work. And many spells that are just Myths. Most of the rituals that have to do with energy are true (everything is made of energy), Even the negative ones. I would like to believe that most that practice Wicca keep away from doing negative spells. For we have really only a few rule's in Wicca.

"Do Unto others as they do unto you. Everything you do will come back to you three fold."

This is pretty much a universal law throughout the occult society. Sometimes it’s just said different. I like the Wiccan Verse the best because it’s nice and simple to understand.

So again, we can see that even the tools used in Spells and Rituals are just tools. The power is within you, and you use the tools to help you shed this world’s veil, and work in the other spiritual realms. Now I don't want to get into what kind of spells we do. Really all wiccans are different. I only do Protection type rituals when need be and sometime good luck ones. I have Never done a money spell, or ritual to gain anything. I believe in Reincarnation. And it's my belief that I am in a Life Lesson right now. To change that life lesson, if that is even possible, would be a bad idea. I don't want to have to redo a life lesson because I cheated myself out of one. Now many in the community will disagree with me. And that’s fine. We all have our own thoughts on these things. And they do what they want. And I will do what I want.

When it comes to Ritual Type Magic (which is my favorite) I don't really do much of it. I'm very capable of protecting myself from any negative energy without the Ritual. But Sometimes I want to imprint an object, to protect someone! And its best to use a Ritual for this (Actually it’s many different Rituals)! Doing This keeps my Imprint on the object last a long time. So yes that means I could imprint an object and give it to someone. And I'm very positive that they will never have a negative ghost or Spirit that bothers them, as long as they believe in the object. like I said in my first article about starting this webpage, this is my Specialty. This is what I’m the best at doing. Some people are good speaking to the other side (channels). Some are good at Physic readings, some are good at doing other types of spells or rituals. My thing is protection, Protection from negative energy and Negative Spirits. Again, haunting from negative type spirits are Very Rare. Not to many ghost that can manipulate this world to any real effect. And even if they can, it’s still not great, and mostly just tricks to scare you.

But unfortunately they do exist! And for whatever reason they're bothering a home, an object, or a person! They feed off fear. And People do fear ghost! And telling you that they can't hurt you won't help. So that’s when I show them what to do and give them a tool to help! And stop things like that from happening, if you’re worried about it. It's mostly negative energy that I have to deal with. But yes I have dealt with Negative Ghost before. Again I have to stress that most entities can't hurt you. I would say 99% of them can't do a thing to you. Using an Ouija board or not does not determine if you will get a haunting, if you use common sense when using one and not afraid of them, then you will have fun with them. If you fear them, then like I said in my Ouija Myths Article just don't use them. Positive gives Positive results, negative usually gives negative.

How To Use A Pendulum.

In keeping with the current theme, about Speaking to Spirits or Entities. I'm going to give you another tool that you can use to do the job of an Ouija Board. It’s called a Pendulum. Basically all it is is an object that dangles down from a long piece of string or chain. You hold the string in your hand and let the object dangle down. Now like an Ouija board you ask a question. The only difference between the two is that realistically you can only get a YES or NO answer with a pendulum.

How does it work? Well to get a Yes answer the Object on the String will start to rotate Right in a circle. To get a NO the object will rotate left. It is very effective way to commune with an entity if you keep it to a Yes or Know question. This is very effective for a person to do alone or with friends. Unlike an Ouija board were I suggest you have two people using it, A Pendulum only needs one person to work correctly.

Again this is a tool; you can use anything as a Pendulum. Most Wiccans that use pendulums use a crystal of some sort, or stone. But again, it’s not the Pendulum that has the Magic... It’s you. The Pendulum like the Ouija board just helps you tune into what you already can do. So you don't need any magic spells or any such thing to make it work. Now If you want to use a nice crystal or stone and you think that will help you then go ahead. Also stones or Crystals tend to have stored energy inside them that might help.

Some other tips I can give you with my own experiences with using a Pendulum. You can actually have the Entity give you numbers. It’s simple really 1 swing of the Pendulum Left or Right (this is your choice) can be the number 1. Two swings can be Number 2. Etc. If you want the Entity to use a higher number just have them go back and forth or stop the pendulum. Then start the next Circle Swing for the next number. As you get better with a Pendulum you can even come up with an Alphabet if you really want to. Remember this is a tool. There is no right or wrong. As long as the entity knows what you want the swings, or movements to mean the entity or ghost will follow those rules. Also remember you can speak out loud to the Entity or Think about it in your head. They can read minds.

There is no right or wrong way to use a Pendulum or any type of object like an Ouija board. They are tools that you use to Tune yourself into the other side. The magic is inside you. Well again I like to give all sides of the arguments I found a few good specials on Youtube about Ouija boards from Pen And Teller. Part 1 And Part 2 And Part 3 That come to the conclusion that they are just your subconscious. And other then getting the most crazy people they could to prove that they work.... Well I won't go on. Watch them and you decide. It is Pen And Teller so the videos do have language.

Anyway is what they say true? I would have to say in a way yes. Can you be talking to yourself. LOL. Of course you can be which is why I suggest asking questions, and why its important to maybe use the board with someone else?

Ways to find out if your really speaking to a Ghost or Entity.

They can read your mind, so if both people using the board ask 1 question in your head. You should get an answer for both. A correct one. Tell it to spell something. Or say something on the board. Do not ask a yes or no question. Bettery yet if you have a 3rd person in the group that is not touching the board, have him ask a question in his head. Yes the Entity or ghost can read his mind too. This is the best method to test if your speaking to a real entity or its just your friends joke.

Another way is to ask a question none of you will know. This one is difficult because well how do you know that your friend does not know?

Is it safe to use the Ouija board.
I'm going to have to say yes. I have yet to see someone really get possed, or hurt using a Ouija board. In fact I have never seen it. In fact after you crawl through all the bullcrap on youtube showing the crap and fake moving Planchetts, you will have to come to the same conclusion that it won't hurt you. Of course you get what you want out of this at any rate. Think your going to get scared? Well I promise you will be scared. But thats it. Possed? Doubt it.

If your Christian and or Catholic should I use the board? Well I believe you should follow your faith. And in those particular faiths they don't want you using it. So if you want to follow your faith then don't use it. If you don't care then go right ahead!

Should I do a Protection Spell Or something?
You know this is not worth the argument. But if you must do a protection spell then go ahead. If you have no idea what a protection spell is a small prayer will work.. (enough to make sure your natural defenses are rock solid, more on this in another article). Just remember you want to talk to a positive friendly entity. Think positive and you will get positive.

Will I become more sensitive to the other side if I use an Ouija board a lot?
Yes you will over time you might not even need it anymore. Its like playing a guitar, at first you will suck. But after some practice you will rock. Same thing goes for opening up your senses to other things. Does that mean you will become a Psychic? I say almost certainly no.

Which board should I buy? Again the board is just the tool, you don't need a Million dollar screwdriver to screw in screws right? You don't need some ancient board used by some ancient witch race to use a board either. Again you can make one with a Piece of paper and use a penny for the planchett. You can make it out of cardboard, anything really. But I have found that if you put your own energy and time into building your own you will have greater success. If you don't want to do that then just go by the Parker brothers version. Or find one on ebay.

Well thats about it for my series on the Ouija boards. Hope I helped you understand them a little better.. And understand that it won't be the end of the world if you use one, or break one of the forbidden Myths that is spread on the Youtube. Good luck.

Again try to remember these are my own personal experiences with these things. I like to think that I have been at this long enough to know what I'm talking about. I also like to give other view points about these subjects. Believe the Ouija board is just your subconscious? Then that's fine. I believe that its not most of the time. Is it possible? Of course it is. We have yet to really understand the power of the mind.

So keep that mind open, don't fall down the path of closed minds that fill the world today. You can't truly understand anything unless you open your mind. And the conclusions you come to our yours. And knobody can tell you different.

Myths Of OUIJA Boards

Its a tool, like a screwdriver is made to screw in Screws. An Ouija board is a tool to communicate with the other side.

The Myths. I have seen a lot of YouTube Videos of people claiming that if you do this with an Ouija Board this will happen. I can tell you right now its all false.
Some examples.

Buring the board is impossible: Well its not, its just a piece of wood and will burn, sorry to burst your bubble.

Burning the board will cause you to die: Again No. The board is a tool right? If you destroy a screwdriver will you die? (well unless its your dad's of course)

Burning the board will cause it to scream? Again no, this is false. I mean if this was true don't you think someone would of proved it by now? Another Youtube Myth.

A figure 8 Means its a bad ghost: No... and no. Ghost need energy, and sometimes doing patterns on the board helps build up energy. Sometimes they are also confused and trying to figure out what to do.. But its not an evil ghost. If you use one, you will quickly find out that this is a normal occurrence for using a Ouija Board.

If the Planchett falls off board , or goes through the numbers, or Alphabet without spelling anything, you let the ghost out To haunt you: Where this stuff comes from I have no idea. Maybe to scare you not to use it? But this is another Myth.

Using the board by yourself is dangerous: Again no its not dangerous just harder. Reason being is that when your by yourself you only have your own energy to work with. Again remember its a tool. And you need the right amount of energy or knowledge to make it work correctly.

So what does all this mean? Why do I keep calling the Ouija board a tool? Well because it is. Thats all it is. You can make an Ouija board out of a piece of paper and it will work.

So whats going on? Well I believe through my own experience that the ghost uses you as a medium to move the Planchett around the board. So in effect someone is technically moving the piece around the board. They just don't realize it. Now a scientist will tell you this is your subconscious moving it around. And maybe it is? But if the board is answering questions you don't know or your friends then does your subconscious know more then you? or are you really talking to a Ghost? That's for you to decide really.

I have to stress something important now. If your thinking that if you use one and are going to get a bad experience then do yourself a favor and don't bother. You need to go into a session with a Ouija board with an open mind and positive thoughts. You want to attract a positive Entity or ghost. If you go in with a negative thoughts or are scared then guess what? You might get what you want then. Ghost feed off energy all kinds of energy. The most powerful Emotional energy ghost or entities can use is fear.

Also might sound funny, but Ghost get bored. Sometimes they just like to mess around with you. It's true. Seen it many times. Wanna talk to your Aunt that passed away 3 years ago.... Guess what? That ghost on the other side knows that, and just might make your dream come true. But only it won't be your aunt your talking too. Or Elvis, or god, or the devil. (lots of Entities like to pretend to be that last one).

Ghost or entities can read minds. Yes its true. You can speak in your mind and the Entity should respond. Wanna test if your friend is moving the Piece and messing with you? Well ask a question in your head, and see if it answers. If it does not then guess what? Slap your friend in the head for playing a game on you.

That is a good test actually... When you are questioning the Ghost tell your friend that you are asking a question in your head. And see what happens. If it answers correctly then have your friend do the same. If it gets both questions right then you are good to go. And don't have to slap anyone.

Will I be haunted? again I must say that unless your totally unlucky. Think you have a better chance of winning the Lottery actaully. You won't get haunted. Again the board is the tool.. Its not some mystical portal that the entity uses to get to you. It goes through you, or your friends to get the message onto the board. Which is the tool it uses to speak with you. Like a telephone. Can your mom or dad strangle you through a telephone line? No right? Well neither can a ghost.

Most ghost you talk to through the board are very low grade and weak ghost. In fact they surround us all. They have no power on our plane of existence at all. Only way to speak to them is to open yourself up. Which is what the Ouija board does. Its like screaming all the time and trying to listen to someone that is whispering down the hall. You stop screaming and actually try to listen, and you might just hear the person whisper.

The Start Of My New Website

Been on the fence about making a page about this for many years. Don't know why I'm so hesitant to try to help people. But I finally have come to the conclusion that I need to put that aside. And start now.

My history is not too much to look at. But I have been a Wiccan since I was 16 years old. Really that's not true, I'm actually a mix of Wiccan and Kabbalah.

Now You might be saying yeah right. Oh well I don't really care if you believe or not. Not my problem to worry about what you believe. But I do have a specialty that i'm very good at. And its not making charms, or spells, or rituals. My Specialty is Ghost, or Spirits.

No, I can't talk to them for you, without using a tool like a Ouija Board. I'm not psychic and can't tell you your future. But what I can do and very good at is Controlling the other side. What I mean by that is that say you have a Haunting (more on this in future) and its a bad haunting A negative energy or Ghost. Well I can make that ghost go away.

Now I can't make him go away from my desktop sorry. I have to have some sort of connection, either being at the Place, or by Giving you something that will help get rid of the Negative Spirit.

How effective am I? I have never been haunted since I was 16 years old. I don't worry about demons, or Negative ghost or whatever you label them. I have literally walked into a Ouija Session before where the People were being Played with on the board and cleared out the room in less then a Minute. No not from the People that are alive.. But the ones that are not.

I have no power over the living. None. Only the other side. Its a strange thing to have. Not very use full in everyday situations. Really its not use full at all. Hence why I really was objective about talking about it.

So why am I talking about it now. Well I figure that If I can help just one person out there that is having a legitimate problem with a haunting or ghost and put what I know and can do to some good use, then that is actually a good thing and not bad.

Now about Haunting. I hate to say this but It's my belief that Haunting are Very VERY RARE. I actually Believe that about 99% of all Haunting are not Haunting at all. But totally natural occurrences.

Hearing noises at night? That door opening without anyone opening it? Well noises at night could be a house settling, Bad Plumbing. Heating Vents expanding. Animals in the attic. Doors opening can be from a breeze from an open window in another room. Voices could be carried through open vents in Other rooms etc. Haunting are rare. Its that simple. And a true bad haunting or negative one is Extremely rare.

But with Billions of people on this planet even rare can seem like a whole lot really. So how can you tell if you have a Haunting or not? Well first you must think about whats going on. IS it anything that I listed above? If so then its most likely a natural occurrence. Sometimes you want to believe so much that you forget common sense and go for the Other things for explanations. Like a haunting.

If you have put common sense into good use, and can't come up with a reasonable explanation to what is happening then maybe you do have a haunting. The next question is what kind? Is it a simple left over energy from someone that died? Or a true Ghost? That's hard to tell. Many volumes of info on the web about the kinds of Haunting you have. I will get into them when I get this Website going.

Anyway that is it for now. If you stumble upon this page at this early stage of this unfinished page then please stay tuned. I have many years of info to try to stuff into this page and its going to take some time. So yes this site is UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

I will talk about lots of info. And give you some pointers on what to do in case of haunting, or if you even decided to get into using tools like Ouija Boards, or Pendulums, etc.
